Apparently something called the "Oscars" is coming up this weekend. It involves people wearing $3,000,000 dresses talking about "tax-cuts for the rich" and congratulating themselves on being so brave.
Needless to say that I have never watched on of these programs or ever will.
The only thing that has piqued my interest this year is that both Ann Coulter and Mac Johnson have hilarious columns about the program.

These "offerings" are sadly mischaracterized. The REAL reason the Academy, in its wisdom, will choose the winner won't be for its anti-American, anti-God, anti-family, or anti-semitic message(s), but for its anti-Capitalism message, since none of the nominees made any money. Hey! They ALL win!
Poor Ann Coulter -- Is that the best she can do anymore? Lost her wit completely. Now she has a column in human events online. So sad.
