The world doesn't revolve around her

Sen. Clinton: Rove Spends Time Obsessing About Me
Reacting to a new book quoting Karl Rove as saying she will be the 2008 Democratic nominee for president, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said Monday that President Bush's chief political strategist "spends a lot of time obsessing about me."

I agree. Let's stop calling her the nominee. I haven't seen a poll yet that is favorable to her and while I don't think that polls mean anything let's just give it a rest.

I don't need to hear Bush do his smirking "Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton" statements. I don't even understand what all the fuss is about, can Republicans please stop talking about her.

They love talking about Hillary because it stirs up their constituents and motivates them to give money to fight her and rally together to support the Republicans against her. If you can't get them excited about something positive, then get them up in arms against their enemy. Either way, you keep the momentum going.

For the longest time NewsMax has been promoting every piece of evidence it could find supporting the claim that Hillary was going to run for President. Don't be fooled, the Republicans are as capable of stooping to stupid tactics and gimmicks as the Democrats.

Afterall, Politics is Politics no matter what side you stand on.

IMO the only person "obsessing" about Hillary is...[ say it with me ]
Hillary!

Texas Girl: You're right about the Republicans being just as capable of stooping to stupid tricks as the Dumocrats (misspelling intentional). However, Conservative Republicans, for the most part, do not lay on personal attacks against their opponents as do the liberal Dumocrats. Conservatives try to keep their attacks leveled at opposing views, while the liberals level theirs at oppsoing views, ideas, and anyone who disagrees with them and their cockamamie schemes. Therein lies the big differences.
