So many criminals, so little time

From the Mexican Consulate in Portland:

In a effort to give to proceeding to the greater possible number of matriculations and passports that the community demands, the Consulate has started up a program of October to December, to take care of the public of the 8:30 to 5:00 of afternoon the days Tuesdays and Thursday in the morning ; the schedule of the 8:30 in the morning to 2:00 of afternoon continues without changes Mondays, Wednesday and Friday. Also, the schedule to make appointments by telephone [ núms.: 1 (866) 477-6822 and 1 (866) 477-6823 ] for matriculation proceeding, extended one hour: from the 2:30 to 5:30 of afternoon, in working day.

Countryman , in the Consulate we are conscious of its necessities, please does not do more than an appointment and, when we confirm one to him, it fulfills her, otherwise this will harm the effectiveness which we can offer the service him. Its collaboration is important , Thanks.

Their are more criminal aliens and therefore more demand for these sham ID's. Imagine if a conveniance store advertised bulk sudafed because of the great demand from drug cooks. This is the same thing.
