181.850. And I'm sure that hundreds of rape victims, drunk driving victims, hit and run victims, property crime victims, ID theft victims, burglary victims and 16 year old girls who are subject to lecherous stares all thank you Governor! Let's elect someone who will repeal this law!

Yet another reason why we need some new blood in Mahonia Hall...
Jobs, crime, livability. This one encompasses so many reasons.
so when a public official is openly advocating violating federal mandates and has gone so far as to pass resolutions preventing law-enforcement agencies from enforcing federal laws, would that not be considered treason and interference with a federal officer but also sufficient grounds for removal from office?
Robin I think YES! But where is the American Lawyer that will process this criminal?
The removal proccess will happen next November. Citizens who are fed up with this garbage need to recognize where the problem lies.

this is one of the biggest faults of our system is that they know that once they are elected into office, it takes an act of God [yes I said the word, God! and I'm proud of it] to get them out. It is almost like a dictatorship in a sense that they have what seems like free rein to do what they wish, and if we do not like it, too bad.
To quote a representative that I wish I could remember their names, "if the public does not like it, they can gather enough signatures to vote on it."
Doesn't that just gave you a real warm and fuzzy feeling inside?
