Ruling: Pregnant moms can harm babies at will
The Supreme Court of Hawaii has ruled that unborn children are not "human beings," and therefore women cannot be prosecuted for causing the death of babies by harmful behavior during their pregancies.
The unanimous decision overturns the manslaughter conviction of 32-year-old Tayshea Aiwohi, who was found guilty in connection with the death of her newborn son by smoking crystal methamphetamine shortly before his birth.
But House Judiciary Chairwoman Sylvia Luke, a Democrat, agrees with the decision.
"Are we now going to say that pregnant woman can't smoke...?"
Democrats would sooner allow women to drink vodka in the hospital delivery room rather than support anything that could affect abortion. This is just sick sick sick.

IIRC, and who can be sure, there was a case in the past year where a young couple decided, or at least the "mom" decided she did not want to have the child, er., unfortunate growth.
So, the boyfriend jumped on her abdomen and she miscarried.
As a result, the boy was charged with murder or manslaughter or something similar and the girl, was not. Abortion - not just a privilege, but a constitutionally guaranteed right.
Now, could the boy sue to have the ruling over turned?
You can't murder a dog, thus in the same way, he could not have murdered the unwanted growth.
A dog is property, well for now.
Anyone remember that story ... or have a link?
How about this guy?
Democrats - Don't forget to support post-natal abortion. Us damn conservatives will try to fight you on this, but do not give up hope - you have Hawaii now, soon Oregon, and then the rest of the country.
