Coming to work hard

Tancredo: 51 Terrorist Suspects Crossed Border Illegally
Tancredo says: "What scares me is not this list from federal law enforcement -- after all, we've already caught those terrorists. What scares me is the potentially hundreds of terrorists who make their way through our porous borders each year and go undetected."

The day after the nuke goes off in a major city we will close the borders. Until then it's "see no evil" when it comes to our nations biggest security threat.

Does anyone else think that it shouldn't have to come to that?

What should we do with our president if a bomb destroys a city and it was smuggled across the Mexican border? He knows the danger. It would be a preventable attack. What would you think of him then?

I don't think much of him anyway - on illegal aliens, he's way too squishy.

We were wondering when you guys were going to notice.

Even if a bomb did come through Mexico it would have arrived by ship container anyway, if you know what I mean.

Nothing bad comes to us from south of the border, if you know what I mean.

You know what I mean?

I urge everyone concerned with this possibility to go out and buy "Fighting Immigration Anarchy" by Daniel Sheehy; in the chapter about Glenn Spencer www.AmericanPatrol.com Glenn and his team did just that, smuggled a simulated dirty bomb into the US from the San Pedro River, with journalists tagging along, not once but three times, the last time into the Federal Building in Tucson.

American patrol has the video of that smuggling run in their archives I think. I've see it. They actually walked up to a federal building after coming across.

And anon#1, I have no idea what you mean.

We have sensors that can detect the movement of particles over a land mass. The stuff is too hot to conceal.

do you know anything about physics? Probably not.

You encase the radioactive material in lead, and it won't be detectable unless you are damn close.

Now, I know specificly of some research that is going on to help detect this type of setup, but it's years away from getting on the border.

51 terrorist suspects? So that means, what...maybe 1 guy who's actually got terror intentions? Based on all the other "terrorist suspects" the US has detained in the last 4 years, that would be the likely ratio of "suspects" to actual actors.

And nobody is bringing in a nuclear device sufficient to blow up a city. Where do you people learn physics?

a 1 mega-ton nuke WILL fit in a suitcaes, another suitcase can fit in the detonator. 1 MT is what wiped out Hiroshima!
