A normal office memo in Portland...

Explicit Complaint Against Police Chief Released
The nine-page complaint against Chief Derrick Foxworth, released Wednesday morning, is shocking.

Be warned that much of it contains very graphic e-mails that Angela Oswalt claims were sent to her by Foxworth, beginning in the year 2000 when Foxworth was her commanding officer.

Millions of women everywhere have put down their trashy romance novels to instead read emails from Portland Police Chief Derrick Foxworth.

Quickly now, can anyone name a police chief in portland in the last 20 years who hasn't gone crazy, or been fired?

Hey, he's been nuts all his life, and Potter knew it. Still made him "chief".

Foxworthless needs to go. Of course, so does Potter, Sten, etc.

Think it'll happen in my lifetime?

Hey, max r., have hope. If you want, we can start making out some "brackets" on who'll be gone in the fall.

I'm just hoping Sten will be gone, Bear. Pick 'em off one at a time.

And for goddsake, don't replace the gap-toothed Opie boy with Ginny. Hmmm. Guess that leaves Dave.

This sounds like bullshit to me.

This woman waited 6 years and then turned in emails where he talks about her having sex with him...

I think it has been admitted they WERE having sex.

Now she is a union shop steward, and probably has some axe to gring. Did she tell him the comments were unwelcome? Did he demand she do these favors for him or her work would be in jeopardy?

As I said, sounds like bullshit.

And the greater question I have is, after seeing her booking photo from her DUII/Reckless arrest around the time of this alleged dirty email scandal, is: Is Foxworth that desperate for female compainionship?

I'll bet Foxworth had a rough time at home last night. Does anyone want to bet that his wife might be slightly pissed?

Peerless Potter now gets to decide if Derek (da man) Foxworth will ruin the mayor's career by being kept in office. A fascinating choice for a political hack, eh?
