BlueOregon owns the economic issue

BlueOregon, the folks who hate black people (if I keep saying it then it must be true), have come up with the most compelling argument yet against Wal-Mart stores: people drive cars there.

This is in contradistincion to places like Fred Meyer, Wickes furniture and the local abortion clinic.

"The store is planned in a location zoned as "transit oriented retail commercial," intended to attract bus, bike, and other local non-automobile traffic. As we all know by now, Wal-Mart stores are very car/SUV/RV-focused. The company itself estimates that over 7,000 new car trips a day will occur if the store is built."

This is why it's laughable for any Democrat to say that they "own the economic issue." Their goal in life is to make things harder for bussiness to make money. Unionization, regulation, zoning, permits, taxes, fees, mandates AND ABOVE ALL ELSE YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN'T DRIVE CARS are things that make bussiness owners cringe.

Side note: Ben Westlund, that guy who used to be a Republican (waits for laughter to subside), has an ad on BlueOregon. I guess he is counting on his candidacy being supported by liberals and folks who hate black people. (If I keep saying it then it must be true)

go to google, type in "failure" and hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button.

Pretty much sums it up.

China-Mart Stores!

The Google search result confirms how their staff can manage and manipulate your Google searches.

Think about that.

The more Ben Westlund reaches out to liberals, the better chance that he will spoil the election and give us a Republican governor.

Golly Gully, you don't gotta tell.

The City of Beaverton, which recently took over the property where the store would be - in a cherry stem annexation that gives Tom Delay and the redistricting crowd down in Texas a run for their money - has the power to decide whether to approve Wal-Mart's application.

The city of Beaverton doesn't want the store there as it would cause a traffic nighmare for the residents. What's wrong with that? You so called "property rights" advocates hate people that actually want to be able to get to and from their houses. Go figure.

BTW: Why are you, Fatty Larson, and Botox Bimbo Victoria defending Wal-Mart anyways? Wal-Mart supports a guest worker/amnesty program for illegal aliens. They are corporate partners with LULAC and other immigrant rights groups. I don't get it.

Another broad-minded message brought to you from those on the tolerant left.

Judging by the way ya'll treated Michelle Malkin, you Moonbats can expect to be further marginalized.

As if Fatty Larson, the Botox Bimbo and Daniel the Criminal Gangster are the epitomy of tolerance, please.

Besides, Michelle Malkin is just a guttersnipe of the Republican Party. There is no need of tolerance for that, is there?

We need another Wal-Mart like we need another sewage treatment plant.

Whatever RD. You liberals purport to be so open minded, but you're the first to hurl racial epithets and sexist comments when someone dares to challenge your socialist dogma.

I think this is great, we can actually hear leftists DENOUNCING the CHINESE when we talk about building a WAL-MART but we heard a deafening silence when they were DONATING ILLEGAL FUNDS to our GREATEST PRESIDENT and his pet tree at the Buddhist Temple.

expecting liberals to make sense is like expecting pigs to fly.

Also, we here the voice of reason talking about WallyWorld being friendly with LULAC but wouldn't it be hard to go against the grain and be labeled 'RACIST' or 'XENOPHOBE'. Unfortunately it is easier to be shook down by Rainbow Push or LULAC and suppurt them than to be called names and take a hit in your stock price.

The traffic stats are phony, because.....every Walmart-bound car is combining several short trips into one visit to Walmart. I've noticed no increase in traffic or congestion from our well-placed store. (Near the highway, with ample parking.)

Funny Bear, I have seen a change in traffic near the Wal-Mart in Portland. Maybe you live in the Wal-Mart and don't notice.
