Kulongoski: The only one excited about his own candidacy

Dean brings unity message to Oregon's Democrats
Although much of the speech dealt with national issues and campaign themes, Dean started his speech with an appeal for Democrats to unite around Gov. Ted Kulongoski, who won the nomination last month with 54 percent of the vote and faces a tough re-election bid in November.

Kulongoski leapt to his feet from a seat on the platform from where Dean spoke and pumped his fists in the air. But the crowd's enthusiasm failed to match that of their party's candidate. After countless standing ovations earlier that night for other party leaders, only one person in the crowd stood while the governor was greeted with polite applause.

Ha ha ha ha ha. Whew. That is funny. No wait, I'm going to read it again... ha ha ha ha ha. Ok, ok, when you read it again, especially the part about Kulongoski "pumping his fist in the air" read it in a Ben Stein voice and real slow.

The Kulongoski one man pep rally. That can't be good for his self-esteem.

hey, daniel, I'm waiting for the political cartoon that shows gov. E. Fudd with a gun labeled "politically assisted suicide" to his head, loaded with the "bullets" of....sales tax, stolen kicker, pro-illegal alien criminals, pro-terrorist, and the caption...."if you don't let gays pretend to be normal, I'll pull the trigger!"

Yesterday the Fiswrapper opined about the kickers being "Dumb & Dumber"...Seems like "D & D" were actually together in Eugene....

Don't forget, Teddy's dog loves him and I'll bet he can vote.

el razonador, I actually am not watching the Mexican elections. I would support the candidate that would allow private investment in their oil industry, allow foreign ownership of property and encourage Mexican citizens to make their country better rather than leave. I would also like to see them guard their side of the border to keep their citizens from abandoning that country.

Another thing that the Dean said, "America is desperately wanting leadership...." I wonder if they're referring to Kulongoski.
I have to agree that it is really funny, and I bet you that Kulongoski still doesn't get it.

by the way, has anybody heard anything about Kulongoski's visit to with Mexico's President Fox? What became of that?

I'm of the thought that our Gubner has assumed somebody else's (Ted Koolonkowskis) identity.

el razonador, who cares what elections are going on in drugville? Certainly not the majority of latin voters who currently enjoy welfare in America. And certainly not the drug cartels. They don't need no stinkin' elections. If you care what happens in your home country, go and make your concerns known, if you think you can survive the attempt.....lol.

The PAN candidate has shot up in the polls thanks to his statement that his job is to get the voters a job. He is also more a free market guy than the other more socialist guy. He could be sensing that Mexicans are tired of abandoning their own country and realizing a change needs to happen there.
America cannot be their employer and babysitter forever.

If Illegal Aliens can take a day off from work and students can take 2 days off from School.
And nothing happens.
Hopefully Americans can take 3 hours off and come to SALEM THIS FRIDAY @ 11 am @ CAPITOL. RALLY!

I like that no one really supported him by giving him a standing ovation.

I'll give a serious answer: I seriously don't care.
