UPDATE: Missing Salem teen found
SALEM - A 14-year-old girl suspected of using methamphetamine and in the custody of an older man has been found
Salem Police say David Camarena-Delgado, 34, is wanted for custodial interference in the case of Michelle Midkiff.
She was found Monday at a motel in the Vancouver.
Apparently David Camarena-Delgado has 4 children, 2 in Washington and 2 in Mexico. While the local news station (KPTV 12) didn't say it, or even inquire, I am willing to bet that this man is an illegal alien. An AnyWho search brought up no results for his name is OR or WA. How come no one wants to look at this angle of the story?
