Are a few strawberries worth this Mr. Wyden?

Old story that didn't tell the whole story:
Man accused in 1991 murder pleads not guilty (KATU 2)
The man accused of raping and killing a Marion County woman nearly 14 years ago says he is not guilty.

Merino-Apolinar also has a prior conviction for sexually abusing two girls, both under ten years old, while staying at a homeless shelter.
No mention of illegal alien status...

Suspect charged with 1991 slaying (Mail Tribune)
On Tuesday, Loucks sat in a Marion County courtroom and listened as murder charges were brought against a California man arrested last month in connection with her mother’s death.
A California man?!?! He is an illegal alien!

Aggravated murder, failure to register as a sex offender, and apparently a parole violation. (I guess INS decided the first time that he could still be a contributing member of society?) Are you going to tell the family of the slain victim that we need open borders for the strawberries Senator Wyden? Are you going to tell the two girls he molested that this monster should stay in our country to pick strawberries Mr. Wyden? Do you honestly believe that your constituents want this guy in our community Mr. Wyden? How many girls have to be raped, how many people have to be murdered, how much drugs have to be sold, before you will think this is a problem Mr. Wyden?
NOTE: Senator Ron Wyden told a family member of a 9/11 victim that we need to let illegal aliens into our country to "pick our strawberries."

Those same questions apply to KATU and the Medford Mail Tribune. (This is an old story I know.) How come it is never mentioned that this piece of crap is an illegal alien? Do you think that isn't newsworthy? Are you worried about hurting some illegal alien lawbreaker's feelings if you report that? Are you scared that someone will call you a racist?

Guess what, your calculated decision not to report on the immigration status of criminals reveals you for the bigots that you are. You are taking skin color into account when you do your reporting. In you conscious decision to try not to offend Hispanics you are insulting them. To think that law abiding people of any race, color, creed, etc would have any solidarity with this piece of shit because they happen to share the same skin color is disgusting.

If you want a real news story why don't you take the arrest reports each night and tell us how many illegal aliens are selling drugs, raping girls, murdering old ladies, driving drunk, and committing ID theft. Why don't you highlight this problem instead of ignore it.
