This is good PR

This is what CAUSA is offering up to demonstrate to Americans that we should grant amnesty to hordes of invading criminals:

To be fair, he may not be rapping about raping your daughter or selling meth from the apartment next to yours, it may be just about using your SSN to work illegaly.

Thank you CAUSA, your spanish language raps are very convincing. Perhaps you could distribute DVD's at a local church or civic group?

Goddammit Miglavs, I wish you'd get off your ass and get back on Tamales 'n Beans Watch. The public needs to know, so we don't accidently wander into an event where the food they eat is being served. If you know what I'm saying. ;-)

Causa wouldnt be able to get away with this crap if Real Legal Oregonians got off their asses and did something.
The level of torpid apathy in this state is amazing.

under federal law, private citizens have a right to sue organizations like Causa who intentionally violate Federal Laws concerning immigration. read as follows;
( ps mail this to someone you know who hires illegals

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.

Recruitment and Employment of Illegal Aliens

It is unlawful to hire an alien, to recruit an alien, or to refer an alien for a fee, knowing the alien is unauthorized to work in the United States. It is equally unlawful to continue to employ an alien knowing that the alien is unauthorized to work. Employers may give preference in recruitment and hiring to a U.S. citizen over an alien with work authorization only where the U.S. citizen is equally or better qualified. It is unlawful to hire an individual for employment in the United States without complying with employment eligibility verification requirements. Requirements include examination of identity documents and completion of Form I-9 for every employee hired. Employers must retain all I-9s, and, with three days' advance notice, the forms must be made available for inspection. Employment includes any service or labor performed for any type of remuneration within the United States, with the exception of sporadic domestic service by an individual in a private home. Day laborers or other casual workers engaged in any compensated activity (with the above exception) are employees for purposes of immigration law. An employer includes an agent or anyone acting directly or indirectly in the interest of the employer. For purposes of verfication of authorization to work, employer also means an independent contractor, or a contractor other than the person using the alien labor. The use of temporary or short-term contracts cannot be used to circumvent the employment authorization verification requirements. If employment is to be for less than the usual three days allowed for completing the I-9 Form requirement, the form must be completed immediately at the time of hire.

An employer has constructive knowledge that an employee is an illegal unauthorized worker if a reasonable person would infer it from the facts. Constructive knowledge constituting a violation of federal law has been found where (1) the I-9 employment eligibility form has not been properly completed, including supporting documentation, (2) the employer has learned from other individuals, media reports, or any source of information available to the employer that the alien is unauthorized to work, or (3) the employer acts with reckless disregard for the legal consequences of permitting a third party to provide or introduce an illegal alien into the employer's work force. Knowledge cannot be inferred solely on the basis of an individual's accent or foreign appearance.

Actual specific knowledge is not required. For example, a newspaper article stating that ballrooms depend on an illegal alien work force of dance hostesses was held by the courts to be a reasonable ground for suspicion that unlawful conduct had occurred.

IT IS ILLEGAL FOR NONPROFIT OR RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS to knowingly assist an employer to violate employment sanctions, REGARDLESS OF CLAIMS THAT THEIR CONVICTIONS REQUIRE THEM TO ASSIST ALIENS. Harboring or aiding illegal aliens is not protected by the First Amendment. It is a felony to establish a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of federal immigration law. Violators may be fined or imprisoned for up to five years.

Encouraging and Harboring Illegal Aliens

It is a violation of law for any person to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection in any place, including any building or means of transportation, any alien who is in the United States in violation of law. HARBORING MEANS ANY CONDUCT THAT TENDS TO SUBSTANTIALLY FACILITATE AN ALIEN TO REMAIN IN THE U.S. ILLEGALLY. The sheltering need not be clandestine, and harboring covers aliens arrested outdoors, as well as in a building. This provision includes harboring an alien who entered the U.S. legally but has since lost his legal status.

An employer can be convicted of the felony of harboring illegal aliens who are his employees if he takes actions in reckless disregard of their illegal status, such as ordering them to obtain false documents, altering records, obstructing INS inspections, or taking other actions that facilitate the alien's illegal employment. Any person who within any 12-month period hires ten or more individuals with actual knowledge that they are illegal aliens or unauthorized workers is guilty of felony harboring. It is also a felony to encourage or induce an alien to come to or reside in the U.S. knowing or recklessly disregarding the fact that the alien's entry or residence is in violation of the law. This crime applies to any person, rather than just employers of illegal aliens. Courts have ruled that "encouraging" includes counseling illegal aliens to continue working in the U.S. or assisting them to complete applications with false statements or obvious errors. The fact that the alien is a refugee fleeing persecution is not a defense to this felony, since U.S. law and the UN Protocol on Refugees both require that a refugee must report to immigration authorities without delay upon entry to the U.S.

The penalty for felony harboring is a fine and imprisonment for up to five years. The penalty for felony alien smuggling is a fine and up to ten years' imprisonment. Where the crime causes serious bodily injury or places the life of any person in jeopardy, the penalty is a fine and up to twenty years' imprisonment. If the criminal smuggling or harboring results in the death of any person, the penalty can include life imprisonment. Convictions for aiding, abetting, or conspiracy to commit alien smuggling or harboring, carry the same penalties. Courts can impose consecutive prison sentences for each alien smuggled or harbored. A court may order a convicted smuggler to pay restitution if the alien smuggled qualifies as a victim under the Victim and Witness Protection Act. Conspiracy to commit crimes of sheltering, harboring, or employing illegal aliens is a separate federal offense punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 or five years' imprisonment.

Enforcement

A person or entity having knowledge of a violation or potential violation of employer sanctions provisions may submit a signed written complaint to the INS office with jurisdiction over the business or residence of the potential violator, whether an employer, employee, or agent. The complaint must include the names and addresses of both the complainant and the violator, and detailed factual allegations, including date, time, and place of the potential violation, and the specific conduct alleged to be a violation of employer sanctions. By regulation, the INS will only investigate third-party complaints that have a reasonable probability of validity. Designated INS officers and employees, and all other officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws, may make an arrest for violation of smuggling or harboring illegal aliens.

State and local law enforcement officials have the general power to investigate and arrest violators of federal immigration statutes without prior INS knowledge or approval, as long as they are authorized to do so by state law. There is no extant federal limitation on this authority. The 1996 immigration control legislation passed by Congress was intended to encourage states and local agencies to participate in the process of enforcing federal immigration laws. Immigration officers and local law enforcement officers may detain an individual for a brief warrantless interrogation where circumstances create a reasonable suspicion that the individual is illegally present in the U.S. Specific facts constituting a reasonable suspicion include evasive, nervous, or erratic behavior; dress or speech indicating foreign citizenship; and presence in an area known to contain a concentration of illegal aliens. Hispanic appearance alone is not sufficient. Immigration officers and police must have a valid warrant or valid employer's consent to enter workplaces or residences. Any vehicle used to transport or harbor illegal aliens, or used as a substantial part of an activity that encourages illegal aliens to come to or reside in the U.S. may be seized by an immigration officer and is subject to forfeiture. The forfeiture power covers any conveyances used within the U.S.

RICO -- Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, AND CAN INCLUDE NONPROFIT ASSOCIATIONS.

Tax Crimes

Employers who aid or abet the preparation of false tax returns by failing to pay income or Social Security taxes for illegal alien employees, or who knowingly make payments using false names or Social Security numbers, are subject to IRS criminal and civil sanctions. U.S. nationals who have suffered intentional discrimination because of citizenship or national origin by an employer with more than three employees may file a complaint within 180 days of the discriminatory act with the Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices, U.S. Department of Justice. In additon to the federal statutes summarized, state laws and local ordinances controlling fair labor practices, workers compensation, zoning, safe housing and rental property, nuisance, licensing, street vending, and solicitations by contractors may also apply to activities that involve illegal aliens.

LMAO....cAUSA has been around for a long, long time. Sue them for what? They have their own attorneys. They operate strictly within the law.

You guys are idiots.

We'll see how many of your "Lee Press On" laws make it past the Supreme Court.

Ask Pahrump NV how their "Lee Press On Laws" (that's a good one Anon 732!) are working out for them. One law already repealed, more to follow.

Anonymous said...

These laws should be used to prosecute the white crooks who hire them. That net is wide enough that it's sure to catch a few of your friends and family members. That's why no one wants to go after the employers agressively.

no everything Causa does is not legal. when OFIR booked the steps to the Salem capital to announce the campaign of the Respect for Law Initiative, Causa also held a rally on the steps,
This was clearly a violation of the law but no one enforces the law here in Oregon, Especially if it is a Hispanic group.
OFIR was nice enough not to try to force the issue , knowing full well what pro-illegal crap we have for government here.
Causa is hostile to any laws for brown skinned people.
I think they would be really upset if Legal Oregonians started acting like illegals in Oregon. It wouldnt be such a fun place for them to intimidate and pilfer

If Causa receives any taxpayer funds ,including United Way, they could be sued for discrimination.
couldn't they?
I mean look at their Puta-Security force. All of them are Mexican-brown-skins , males( and fat too) . Shouldn't they be required to hire Northern Europeans?
It looks so racist and one-color I mean and also one gender and one age group and one language group.
Do you think CAUSA could be accused of violating Federals Laws concerning Discrimination based on Race, national origin etc?
I think so.
I think they might want to look at this.
Does anyone know how Causa is funded?
CAUSA does not represent all Oregonians and that makes them exclusionary and non-Diversity and Non-Rainbow and just plain bad- you know , like the KKK.

Anonymous said...

Shouldn't they be required to hire Northern Europeans?

With names like Steinbauer and Sorenson running the organization, is that not European enough for you? Sheesh.

Chavez was against illegal aliens from Mexico. He knew it was wrong to work illegally in the US.

Voz Hispana Causa Chavista—Woodburn, OR: $7,500
Voz Hispana Causa Chavista was founded in 1997 with the support of PCUN, Oregon ’s farmworkers’ union, to promote recognition and respect for the achievements and values of Cesar Chavez and other Hispanic heroes, and motivates Hispanic participation in the decisions that affect the community. Voz Hispana is seeking funds to support continuing organizing of Cesar Chavez Day in the public schools (a celebration initiated through their organizing) and their Latino Voter Organizing and Civic Participation Project.

Watch the CAUSA video.
all they hire for the front line are Brown skinned,
mexicans , either illegal or anchor babies.
This is discrimination.
Yes, I know the organization is run by white Northern Europeans, who want cheap labor and hate Americans.
they use Fat Ramon and the FAT Puta Security force to make it look like an organization created by illegal aliens from Mexico.
Nope, the Illegals are just puppets. Getting together in the streets and making a lot of noise is mexican culture. That's what CAUSA counts on.They turn out in full force for the
Newport Parade too, just for the free candy.
The illegals are peasants by and large, who will take whatever they can from the US without complicating the matter with guilt or ethics.
Why bother when you come from a completely unethical , corrupt culture.
Here illegals are treated like royalty, in Mexico these same peasants are lower then dirt.
The middle-class Mexicans do not want them in Mexico.
still working on funding about CAUSA.
they need to represent all Oregonians, otherwise they are racist and discriminatory.

While CAUSA works to defend the rights of mexican non-citizens in Oregon, to the detriment of real Oregonians, they also back the Somalian Refugees in Oregon.
The Somalian Refugees represent more the the State department Madness of dumping third world refugees on Americans and telling Americans it is good for them.
however, Somalians destroyed their country through tribal warfare, it is not really my problem but now they have taken over my mother's childhood neighborhood.
A few scary facts about the Somalians that CAUSA is defending.
1, They have come to the US with a high incidence of TB, they are one of the groups that has brought TB back to the US.
2. they practice Female Castration and one of the side effects of this is difficult births, which you will pay for along with your kids going to school with muslim girls who are castrated.
this is not good for Oregonians.
How CAUSA can support female castration and TB as positive choices for Oregon is beyond me.
The State department does not check for TB until they have been here a year.
On top of that with our open borders, visitors can come from Somalia with Tb and never go home or be checked.
In addition, Somalians are now demanding a Muslim prayer room and signs in Somalian at the Minnesota airport.
not a good sign. we bend over backwards to be Nice to immigrants and they rip off the US and show contempt and arrogance.
CAUSA supports Somalians against the common good of Americans ,because they are racist and pro-immigrant and anti-native born Oregonians.
Perhaps CAUSA could do a nice video clip on a typical female castration along with signs that say
" Castration of females is Diversity and Diversity is always Good"

Actually Trasha, I think they just hate you and your brand of KKK Racism. Probably why they would want to associate with CAUSA or any group that stands up to hate and bigotry. The fact that you have been exposed on many sites for being an overt racist shows you are nothing but a PR nightmare to those you claim to speak for. Not that Oregonians for Immigration Reform doesn't have their own skeletons. Take this for example, OFIR was hosted by New Nation: http://www.newnation.org/OIR/oir.html

Who is New Nation? A racist organization that has no problem with using the "N" word and other epithets to discribe any person they hate. Just look at a little of what they have: link

The more people like you speak, the more people close their ears to your hateful little cause. So please, Trasha, keep speaking your mind at both your blog and here.

Hey Carl, did the two criminal alien mexicans compromise with Dani Countryman? Why don't you compromise and offer your children or other family members to be raped and murdered? I would vote for that compromise.

As I see it said:
Can you show me where Daniel is racist? Since it's mainly hispanics at this event, I see it as hispanics are the racist pieces of shit. When the fuck were hispanics (an ethnicity) promoted to a race? But then, you are probably a liberal and you have a mental disorder.

I recommend that you do not breed for the sake of our future.

Repubicans by far have the monopoly on molesting children and sex crimes in general. So much so that our own state's newspaper, Salem News published an expose about it. I put that link at the bottom of this comment.

From reading this blog it appears one of those Repubicans is a member of Oregonians for Immigration Reform. Bruce the Barber Benkle was great friends with Rick Hickey and an insider to all OFIR activities. How is it that his child molestation activities went un-noticed? Or maybe it wasn't un-noticed. Like Republican Congressman Mark Foley, it was well known among party leadership that Foley had a problem with little boys. Much like Marion County Republican Co-chair and OFIR VP Rick Hickey, one has to wonder how much he knew about his friend Bruce Benkle's activities. I think the point that "Deport all Repubicans" made is valid.

Hey Anon anon 5:58

I thought from your writings that only republicans molest young children. However, this article says the former governor Grey Davis of California a DemocRAT molested a young girl. How come Republicans throw their trash to the side of the curb and DemocRATS reward their trash?
http://radio.weblogs.com/0121911/2003/08/17.html

Let's don't forget our own DemocRAT governor, Neil the child molester. Now his best friend Ted was rewarded with the AG and governorship of Oregon.

What were you saying about Republicans? Why do you condone molesting young children by DemocRATS but have a problem if Republicans do it? Are you a DemocRAT? I believe all pedophiles should be taken out and shot. You believe DemocRAT pedophiles should be rewarded. Why?

You believe since our own newspaper brings up something that it is the truth? Fuck, you are delusional and I question your intelligence. Do you know that they have their own agenda? I'm sure it was well known that Neil G. was raping his babysitter, why did his DemocRAT friends protect him instead of the young child? Why have they covered up the crimes by Hillary (Democrat) ? Why do they cover up the crimes that Ted K. (Democrat) knew about (molesting a young girl by Neil G. (Democrat)) You know if they bring out the info on Republicans, it is probably several times greater a problem with the DemocRATS.

I have been around OFIR leadership for over two years and never heard of your friend Bruce the Barber. I have never heard Rick Hickey mention his name. I have never heard anyone mention his name. How come you and the newspaper think he is such an insider when I have never heard his name? The newspaper puts that spin on it. Have you ever read Thelma's Gurrerro in the Statesman-Journal, she has a serious love for criminal aliens. According to her, criminal aliens can do no wrong. I believe Dani Countryman would disagree with her. Do you believe everything you read in the newspaper? I Think you are trying to put your friend Bruce the Pedophile on a higher pedestal than he was. Maybe you two were off engaging in extra-curricular activities that you condone.

This vidoe made me so sick to my stomach, I could not finish watching it. Look what they are doing to our beautiful country! So the crops will suffer huh? Well then, how many strawberries rotted in the fields when this disgusting public display was going on? But lets not forget, the big expensive SUVs they are driving nowadays must be from agriculture!! Ha Ha just kidding. DRUG MONEY!!!
