String them up

U.S. Managers Plead Guilty to Hiring Illegal Immigrants
Five former managers from a major crate and pallet manufacturer that employed illegal immigrants pleaded guilty Tuesday, 10 months after federal agents staged sweeping raids at company sites in 26 states.

James Rice, 37, of Houston, an executive regional general manager of IFCO Systems, pleaded guilty to conspiring to employ illegal workers. Robert Belvin, 43, of Stuart, Fla., a former general manager of the Albany IFCO plant, pleaded guilty to two felony conspiracy charges.

In April, more than 1,100 people were arrested on administrative immigration charges at more than 40 IFCO sites. More than half of IFCO Systems' roughly 5,800 employees during 2005 had invalid or mismatched Social Security numbers, the government said at the time.

If our federal government would simply investigate companies were Social Security numbers don't match names then we wouldn't have an illegal alien problem. We don't need new laws, just enforce our current ones.

Let's bring out the RICO laws. Got to be some racketeering goin' on here.
Any act which is indictable under a wide variety of specific provisions of title 18 of the United States Code relating to bribery, counterfeiting, theft, embezzlement, fraud, obscene matter, obstruction of justice, slavery, racketeering, gambling, money laundering, commission of murder-for-hire, etc.
Gotta be some counterfeiting, fraud, or money laundering going one in this case.

Mohawk Carpets are being charged under RICO laws by that Lawyer from Chicago.
Supremes decided that they will not hear case so Federal Court will deal with it.
Former employees are aslo involved to PROVE wages were lowered a bunch.
Case will be won, RICO laws will be enforced and Employers will be shocked that game of cheating American workers may be stopping soon.

You'll love this "illegal aliens come to America for a better life" story on FoxNews.com about the "$45 million, multi-ton drug bust targeting Mexican organization."

Another reason to fence our borders.

And Governor Tax-and-Gouge-Me thinks the meth problem comes from Sudafed. These drug-runners probably had Oregon driver licenses and Bank of America credit/debit cards too.

String them up? Why not torture them, too? Have some fun with it! It's not like they're people ... they're just illegal aliens.

You people are psychotic.

Do you know how much time it would take to investigate EVERY employer in the US??? Not to mention how much it would cost?

The obvious answer is to not allow employers to deduct illegal's wages from their corporate taxes. Through an existing verification system, employers could discover before even hiring someone whether or not an applicant is illegal, and hire or not hire accordingly. Thus eliminating the draw for illegals to come here.

Hey, OFIR, ifco has a facility on N. Lombard, near Pier Park, in Portland. Having seen some of their "employees," I wonder if ICE should stop by?
