Let's see how the people feel

Let's give Oregonians a chance to vote on the latest tax hike. Make sure you are paying attention to Freedomworks in the coming weeks.

Most of us are tired of government's mission creep and waste.

I'm still waiting for Ned Naive, Scottiebill to apologize.

Have another "Guinness" Ned.

I grew pretty fucking sick and tired of "creep and waste" under eight years of Bush, but I don't recall you saying much about it, Miglavs. Actually, I don't remember you saying anything about it. Does "creep and waste" really piss you off, as a matter of principle, or just when Democrats are in charge? And while I'm asking questions you're going to ignore anyway, how about letting us know how much taxes are going to go up in the Miglavs household under this plan? Last I heard, you're a delivery boy (who listens to Lars when you're, um, "working") and Mrs. Miglavs is a public employee, so let me make a wild guess: They won't.

HEY STUPID ANON 9:27 PM
That is one of the major reasons we Republican are pissed off at Bush. Do you have a tinfoil hat on? I get pissed off every time I think about his uncontrolled spending. I get pissed off when he wanted to give Africa $15 billion for aids in Africa and congress gave them about $60 billion or so. I called them them weekly and said stop spending. You need to pay attention and stop reading the statesman journal.

Shall we take that to mean that you, DAVE01, are really ... Daniel Miglavs?

Go back and read what the person with the tinfoil hat wrote: He was talking about/to, Miglavs, not YOU.

These insane Tax increases will be referred to the people, which will then accomplish two things...

a) The people will vote the increases down in a huge turnout.

b) The sheeple will be awakened to what the Democrat Facists have done to them and motivate them to remember this in the 2010 elections to kick them out.

Why do our Democrats want to copy California? Obviously Socialism isn't working for them either.

Today's belches of Miglavian angst and indignation were brought to you by members of the far-right (and completely irrelevant) wing of the Republican Party, which polls show has the support of 26 percent of the American people, and which got its ass clobbered, skewered and roasted to a deep crisp in the last election.

amazed by the ignorance.

CONGRESS SPENDS THE MONEY. NOT THE PRESIDENT.

NANCY AND HARRY BEEN IN CHARGE SINCE 06. SPENDING THE FEDERAL DOLLAR.

Anon 7:48: You've got a very wait if you expect me to apologize to you for something I believe. Or for anything at all, for that matter. My last name is not Obama.

Scottiebill said...

One more thing Anon 748: I call them like I see them. Got a problem with that? Fine. Go tell someone who gives a shit.

Scotti, baby:
You're the genius who wrote refering to Mark Hass, "Finally!!!! A Democrat politician that did something right for the people instead of doing it to increase unnecessary government spending. Maybe he should be entered into the Guinness Book of Records."

I have no problem at all with you "call(ing) them like you see them",and exposing yourself as very Naieve. No problem whatsoever.

And btw, when I'm proven wrong I have NO problem admitting it and apologizing. Time to grow up Junior...

Spot on Brother/Sister. These Miglavian Right-wing Clowns continue to masquerade like they matter. It is quite funny.

hello... hapi blogging... have a nice day! just visiting here....

LOL! the "belches of Miglavian angst" post ought to follow every one of Daniel's postings, just to establish the context.

Unless you'd like to begin your posts, Daniel, with that, just to save us the time. LOL!

Anon 718: Hass really did do something right for the taxpayers. But, he reversed himself a day or so later and reverted back to his true tax-and-spend liberalism without a care for the people of the state. I will give you credit for one thing, Anon, you haven't reversed yourself on a damn thing. You're still an anti-Daniel, anti-Scottie, anti-Lars, anti-everything you do not agree with, and anti-everyone who does not agree with you.

In other words, a typical liberal sycophant.Again, you have a very long wait for me to apologize to you for anything.

And your snide comments like "Ned Naive" and "Junior" are nothing more than further proof of your know-nothing bias.

... and Daniel, who fawns over Ann Coulter, Lars Larson and occassionaly Chuck Norris, is not a synchopant who is anti-everyone who does not agree with him? LOL. I love the way you Miglavians "think."

MINUTEMEN JOIN OFIR: RANKS PEPPERED WITH CRIMINALS

TUCSON, Ariz. — Two of three people arrested in a fatal southern Arizona home invasion had connections to a Washington state anti-illegal immigration group that conducts border watch activities in Arizona.

The Pima County sheriff said Friday that 34-year-old Jason Eugene Bush, 41-year-old Shawna Forde and 42-year-old Albert Robert Gaxiola have been charged with two counts each of first-degree murder and other charges.

The trio are alleged to have dressed as law enforcement officers and forced their way into a rural Arivaca home on May 30, wounding a woman and fatally shooting her husband and their 9-year-old daughter.

The Web site for the Minutemen American Defense lists Forde as the group's leader and Bush as its operations director. Forde is from Everett, Wash., but has recently been living in Arizona.

Last summer, in Boulder, Colorado, eight illegal aliens raped eight American women. The aliens fled back to Mexico. One was caught. In a nearby city of Longmont, a used car dealer was driven out of business because he suffered so much theft from his lot that he bankrupted. An illegal alien killed a California cop, John Marsh, last year. Robberies and break-ins have become the norm in California. They've become the pattern in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and dozens of other states. But the sobering realities concerning these crimes point to one fact--they are illegal aliens. They are importing themselves into this country with a vengeance. They are deadly, pernicious and organized. They represent the worst of what is common in the Third World.

In her recent scathing report, 'THE ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIME WAVE' by brilliant investigative reporter, Heather MacDonald, our country is being assaulted by a crime wave that grows steadily and viciously.

A full 95% of all outstanding warrants for homicide, which totaled 1,500 last year in Los Angeles, pointed to illegal aliens. Soberingly, two thirds of all fugitive felony warrants, totaling a horrifying 17,000, were for illegal aliens. To make matters worse, in 1995 a report showed that 60% of the 20,000-strong 18th Street gang in southern California was composed of illegal aliens. That gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia on drug distribution schemes, extortion and drive-by assassinations. They commit assault and robberies every day of the week. A night of crime to them is like a day of work for American citizens.

An overwhelming 80 percent of U.S. voters oppose proposals for government-backed health-care plans for illegal immigrants, according to a Rasmussen Reports poll released Friday.

That compares to only 11 percent who think providing illegal workers with a government health-care plan is a good idea.

Mid term elections. Just wait until then. Then we will see which direcion the country is REALLY tilted.

Hopefully, it will not be too late to undo all of the damage.

Only in the same universe where FOX "News" is considered "fair and balanced" would Heather MacDonald be considered a "brilliant investigative reporter." Why do you guys say shit like this when anyone can do a Google search to check it out? She may be "brilliant," and she may even do "investigations," but she isn't a reporter. She's employed by a right-wing policy think tank in New York. I doubt that you'd refer to someone working for Ralph Nader's group, or Move On, as "a brilliant investigative reporter." I guess the universe where FOX is "fair and balanced" and MacDonald is a "reporter" would be called ... "Miglavia."

In the population study of 55,322 illegal aliens, researchers found that they were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien. Nearly all had more than 1 arrest. Thirty-eight percent (about 21,000) had between 2 and 5 arrests, 32 percent (about 18,000) had between 6 and 10 arrests, and 26 percent (about 15,000) had 11 or more arrests. Most of the arrests occurred after 1990.

They were arrested for a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per illegal alien. One arrest incident may include multiple offenses, a fact that explains why there are nearly one and half times more offenses than arrests. Almost all of these illegal aliens were arrested for more than 1 offense. Slightly more than half of the 55,322 illegal aliens had between 2 and 10 offenses.

I like the statement about FOX. Kind of like that statement with CNN, as the most trusted news. Fox is the best. But CNN, I laugh every time I see that statement.

There's bullshit and there's blogshit. Guess which one this site's full of.

Answer: both

Hopefully, it will not be too late to undo all of the damage ...

Miglavians fret about the "damage" done in the last five months; Everyone else knows the real damage was done over the last eight YEARS.
