America is not a country but an "idea"

Thank you Lindsey Graham, you are a traitor to America but at least you pulled McCain under the bus with you by giving this insane speech.

I guess when you give the speech at an event hosted by a racist organization you can call Americans who want our laws enforced "bigots" and tell them to "shut up."

In a completely unrelated story... (FOXNews.com link)

Three brothers charged in the alleged Fort Dix terror plot have been living illegally in the U.S. for more than 23 years and were accepted as Americans by neighbors and friends who had no idea they would scheme to attack military bases and slaughter GIs.

A federal law enforcement source confirmed to FOX News that the three — Dritan "Anthony" or "Tony" Duka, 28; Shain Duka, 26; and Eljvir "Elvis" Duka, 23 — also accumulated 19 traffic citations, but because they operated in "sanctuary cites," where law enforcement does not routinely report illegal immigrants to homeland security, none of the tickets raised red flags.

What's that Lindsey? I belive you were saying something about me shutting up?

When he thanked ted kennedy, the ol' gag reflex kicked in. Every politician who repeats the mantra that the problem they created "is just too big to solve," should be thrown (at least) out of office, and never allowed another position of responsibility. Any member of the "gang of fourteen" who still claims credibility should be laughed off the stage.

A traitor to America? Okay Miglavs, put up or shut up: What punishment would you recommend? Prison? Death? Take a stand. I want to know what YOU think should be done about it.

Ha, ha hahahahah I love it. The anti-immigrant faction is getting slapped down by Republicans--conservative ones at that. Oh what the hell, you guys lost a long time ago. Time to find a new cause to haunt.

What a surprise, the new contender for Mouth of the South, Lindsey Graham, wants to silence people with whom he disagrees. Just like his buddies in La Raza.

This idiot makes Sen. El Gordo almost look good. Well not really.
He's just another Hispanderer. It seems that these whores have no limits.

The National Race Council. Senator Graham speaks to this group.
Graham then panders to this group which has a mission statement fixated on one race.

I'll paraphrase Graham,"It's the government's fault that the law is not being enforced, so the people will have to pay the price, and if anybody says the people never supported ignoring the law, the people want the law enforced, 'I say shutup you bigots , we're going to give amnesty to illegal aliens, get to know it.'"

The soul of the Republican Party is up for grabs with Graham and his ilk determined to win.

Senator Gordon Smith must be defeated to send a message to the likes of Lindsey Graham.

Make your voice heard.

Calling proponents of the rule-of-law bigots while addressing la raza is shameless.

So is pounding your chest about the "rule of law" while supporting George W. Bush.

Ha ha is right. The anti-immigrant bigots can't stand the fact that a solution has already been found. Comprehensive Immigration Reform is on it's way, my little cry babies and there ain't nuttin' you, tank-gredo, hicky hillbilly or the jerks on the radio can do about it.

I am purposely learning a different foreign language than Spanish because I will never bow to their customs. And when I have children, I will insist on the same for them. Believe me, my culture, customs or lifestyle will NOT be conquered by a third world nation, even if we are outnumbered in 25 years. And to those who says we're losing, you are wrong my friends. I was with some of the most liberal people in portland in the midst of a large crowd of hispanics. Some were saying to send them home, others were saying similiar. The tide has turned.

Daniel, you omitted one other detail from your banner's subtitle: "No animals were harmed during the making of this blog... except those three bunnies I killed."

You left out that dead duck you shot holding in your profile picture.

Lindsay Graham says “We need to find a way to get people right with the law” which is to say we need to grant amnesty to criminals. ILLEGAL aliens are criminals, not immigrants. They have broken into our “House” and Lindsay Graham is ready to reward criminals by getting them “right with the law?” Will he come to the defense of the “Fort Dix six” and get them “right with the law” too?

Mr. Graham has chosen to side with lawlessness. You’d think he was a Democrat. After all lining up with traitors like Ted Kennedy on this issue only illustrates that Mr. Graham is now anti-American. The DNC’s new slogan should be “Defeat America Vote Democrat”

State v. Miglavs (Washington) (A111137) En Banc.
Linder, J., majority; Haselton, J., concurring;
Edmonds, J., dissenting; Armstrong, J., dissenting.
Criminal Law, Evidence, Firearms
In this consolidated appeal, defendant challenges
four convictions of unlawful possession of a firearm,
ORS 166.250. He assigns error to the trial court's
denial of his motion to suppress a handgun seized by
police in an officer safety search, and to the trial
court's denial of a motion to suppress evidence seized
during a later warranted search, because the affidavit
supporting the warrant relied in part on information
discovered in the earlier officer safety search. Held:
The trial court did not err in denying defendant's
motions to suppress. The police officers' concern for
their safety in the initial search was reasonable, and
therefore justified a search of defendant for weapons.
At the time of the search, defendant and his
companion were dressed in the manner of a local gang
known by the officers to carry weapons, including
guns, and defendant's clothing was baggy and could
conceal a weapon. In addition, the officer who searched
defendant had removed a concealed gun from a member
of the same gang in the same area just previously to
his encounter with defendant, the encounter occurred
after midnight, in a darkened area, and defendant
remained near one of the officers while she was citing
his companion, when defendant was free to leave.
Because the officer safety search was reasonable,
defendant's challenge to the later warranted search also
fails. Affirmed.

This is the precise reason why following up on illegal aliens and deporting every one of them is of such importance to the safety and security of this nation. Until it is done completely and absolutely, all of us real Americans are at risk. We should all stand up to Congress and the rest of these professional "Politicians" and tell them we are sick and tired of their pandering to big business and government running over the will of the people that pay their salaries.
