Arizona video roundup

Throwing things at police officers really makes our point...

No... you... can't...

A lot of gang signs being thrown at the camera here.

Sorry illegal alien lovers. You lost and will continue to lose. The American people are sick of you being here. Sick of your crime. Sick of you stealing jobs. Sick of having Spanish forced on us. Chant it with me now: No you can't! No you can't!

Gee, no English translation provided so that we can understand their speeches. How rude, we provide translators for them.

However, it kind of makes the point even though you can't understand their point.

The governor is correct that states have to do what the Feds refused to do and the situation has gotten way out of control and by turning your back on illegal immigration, and by ALLOWING millions of people to enter our country illegally which is nothing short of an invasion (which speeches conducted in a foreign language confirms) there comes a point where people are just going to start saying enough is enough, because ignoring the problem is not going to make the problem go away, it is just going to make matters worse.

For example, today one high school student interviewed stated that he did not wish his parents to be deported because of this new law... well I do feel sorry for the student... however, the kids parents knew the risk and the consequences not only to them, but to their family when they knowingly and consciously entered the country illegally.

In short, if the kids parents would have come through the front door and followed the process which is currently in place for becoming a citizen, this child would not be having this conversation now would he?

It will be interesting to see how the new Arizona law survives legal challenges by the federal government for being so "misguided"

If the Federal Government will not do its constitutional mandated job of protecting it citizens, then the States have a 10 amendment right to function fully as a state and protect its own citizens. I feel this new law to enforce an existing law is in direct response to the murder of a rancher, Rob Krentz and his dog on the border last month. The citizens of Arizona have had enough. 70% of them support this action.

States have rights, just as Oregon asserts it right to have legal pot, and the right to kill grandma, Arizona can assert its legal right to enforce an existing law.

10 Amendment ...read it. The Founders meant it.

In Miglavia, if you disagree with the Miglavians on immigration policy, then you are an "illegal alien lover," and "the American people are sick of you being here," implying that you really just need to leave.

Tell us, Miglavs, would your preference be that we simply leave "voluntarily" to the nation of our choice, or do you have boxcars waiting to take us to concentration camps?

Welcome to the United Fascist States of Miglavia.

You should self deport at your own cost since you have stolen enough money from American citizens. Show us that you truly want to become a law abiding citizen. I recommend you return to your home country. If your home country is mexico, you can get health care there. You can also ask Carlos Sims who is the richest man on the planet for a handout. I'm sure he will love to help out his countrymen. Mexicans have a rich history and should not be forced out of their own country to steal from others. This will build your self esteem since you won't be stealing anymore. Self deporting will also provide you an opportunity to teach your children good morals, values and principles. Don't forget to take your children with you.

Adios y buena suerte!

Really bad part is Hispanic kid saying we are not leaving as our people were here 1st! This land belongs to us!

Kids being lied too by ESL @ Schools? Or Parents?

We have an entire GENERATION of Hispanic kids here who think WE stole thier daddies land and therefore HATE White people and Americans. They then feel that they can TAKE anything they want because it IS thier's and they are and getting away with it too!

Finish the 700 mile double layer wall, it is the law and, enforce immigraton laws, everywhere.

Dave: Miglavs' post was directed exclusively at "illegal alien lovers."

Maybe he meant to delete "lovers" before posting, or maybe he meant to say "illegal aliens and those who love them” or “illegal aliens and illegal alien lovers,“ but regardless, I responded to the words he actually used, “illegal alien lovers” since they were presumably directed at abhorrent souls like myself: Those who support amnesty and a loosening of immigration restrictions.

So in spite of the fact that you clearly did not understand that, I’ll respond to your stupid question anyway: I am a fourth generation Oregonian. And you can rest assured that while I find the political views of you and Miglavs repugnant and borderline fascist, I do not think you should leave the country simply because we disagree, because I support democratic rights and the freedom of speech.

If I am to take Miglavs at his word, the words he used, he does not.

I don't understand why people like you support amnesty and loosening of immigration restrictions. I'm assuming you want open borders too. I can't find one positive reason. Can you let me know how that would be beneficial to my family, friends, community and country?

We all know the negative aspects of illegal immigration. Higher crimes, fucked up schools, fucked up hospitals, preventable rapes, drunk driving deaths and murders. What is so positive about illegal immigration unless you have a business which profits from it or expect the votes from them by pandering to them. The only problem with cheap labor is that the true cost is simply shifted to someone else.

Several years ago I had breakfast with a friend of mine. That was before I became educated on illegal immigration. I read an article in the paper about illegal immigration and my friend said we needed the cheap lettuce. I couldn't respond at that time. Now, I can prove with facts that the lettuce will still be cheap if you double the wages of the lettuce pickers. That five dollar head of lettuce is a complete lie.

Please explain if you will.

Dave: Thanks for responding with a rational answer and followup.

I am as law-abiding a citizen as the next guy, but in the realm of public policy, I believe that some laws actually ending up creating more problems than they solve. One of those is drug prohibition laws, and another is immigration law. This is not a "leftist" position. It is a Libertarian position: that human beings should be able to live and work where they want. And no, that does not mean that I believe you should have to let an "illegal alien" set up camp in your living room, any more than I believe that I have some God-given right to walk up to you and scream "fuck" as loud as I can directly into your ear while you're sitting in church because I support free speech.

DAVE01 said...

Now I understand. You take the libertarian position. With a position like that it will only destroy my country. There has to be rules and they have to be enforced to protect the citizens. With the come and let live anywhere you want, the poor and weak will be trampled on and that really bothers me. We have already seen the results of that position. We have basically had an open borders and let anyone in and they can work where they want.

The infrastructure that we have built for over two hundred years is being destroyed. I'm sorry if you can't see that but that is happening right now. You need to spend more time educating yourself like I have. Years ago I used to have somewhat similar beliefs. Now, I know the folly of those beliefs. As I said, I have been educating myself on the whole immigration thing. We need to now protect what we have or we will have a lot less. I don't mind a controlled immigration policy letting in the educated, they add to a society. Now we let in the uneducated who simply want to take and not add to our society.

I like to use California as an example. The whole state is going over the cliff because of those types of policies. The problem now is that the people who were against those policies will also have to pay and suffer. The rest of the country will have to pay because of those policies.

Another example I like to use is the Roman empire. We are headed down that path. They also let in the barbarians and rewarded them with Roman citizenship for various reasons. I know there were a lot of other problems with the Roman empire. But this also contributed to their downfall and I don't want that happening to us. There is also the problem these days of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons could kill millions of people very quickly. If we let anyone in and don't control our borders, we could one day wake up and find one of our major cities gone or millions of people dead because of biological weapons.

History, reality and experience are sometimes the best teacher. If I don't work to protect what we have, my grand children will have nothing and I won't stand for that. Sooner or later people will get tired of those policies and reach a tipping point like Arizona.

DAVE01 said...

As far as the drug thing, I think people should be able to do whatever they want as long as they don't hurt people. The only problem with that is some people will be irresponsible and innocent people will be hurt. I'm all for legalizing pot and coke. I'm against meth because it is so destructive.

Alcohol and tobacco are much more destructive than pot and coke.

Scottiebill said...

The Komrade said that the new Arizona law is "irresponsible' and "misguided". If anything is "irresponsible" and "misguided", it is Obama for saying such a stupid thking. It only went to show the world that he embraces unfettered illegal immigration into our country. If, and that is a big "if", all the illegals here are granted amnesty they will, for the most part, register to vote as Democrats. And we all know that is what he would probably need to get elected to a second term. And a second term for Obama is all but unthinkable. The country will have enough problems getting itself straightened out after one term, but two terms for The Komrade would make the country all but irreparable, at least for the nest couple of decades after 2016.

The Komrade got elected by 52% of the voters, but 100% of the people will be paying the price of that election for years and years to come.

Miglavs ... Miglavs. That doesn't sound very American to me, it's a funny name. It sounds funny. Are you an American, "Miglavs"? You got papers? And how about the Mrs? I hear she's one of them Mexicans. Does she have papers? Are you guys here legally? Are you an "anchor husband"? I'm just saying. We can't be too careful. Guilty until proven innocent. Let's see some ID, Miglavs.

I have been pulled over before and have had to show my papers (drivers license), so what is the problem? I had to show my papers (birth certificate) to join the army. I have had to show my papers (drivers license) to get on a plane and enter a federal building. I had to show my papers to get a bank account. I have no problemo showing you my papers. Why should any American have a problem with that. Legal immigrants are supposed to by law carry their papers. I bet most of them will be proud to show papers. Only if a person is breaking the law will they have a problem showing paers.

Criminals always whine about the laws. If you are not breaking the law you won't have a problem.

A lot of gang signs being thrown at the camera here ...

Thanks Daniel Miglavs, our resident expert on gang signs. Speaking of signs, were any of them carrying Confederate flags? Oh, wait, that's the Tea Partiers, the ones who aren't racist. Never mind.

DAVE01 said...

A lot of the liberal politicians sure tried to demonize the tea party as violent folks. We now know the truth and it is really the left who are violent. The left assaults private citizens and cops escorting private citizens to safety. I can't wait till we have all these new citizens bringing their mob rule to our streets.

Anon 12:44 PM I will ask again. What is racist about the tea party folks? I'm still waiting for evidence. I will bet you can't show me one instance. Oh, that right, we are protesting big government spending and loss of our civil rights under a democrat run government and that's racist. Ha, ha, you name callers have lost the intellectual argument once you start calling names. Whatever happened to sticks and stones will breaks my bones but names will never hurt.

All you sensitive babies need to spend some time in the military, you will either grow up or get out because you're a baby.

We now know the truth and it is really the left who are violent ...

Get off your high horse, Dave. Both sides have their share of nuts. Or shall we talk about Timothy McVeigh? How about Joe Stack? Charles Dyer? Or the guy who shot and killed Dr. George Tiller? Or all the threats of congressmen over health care? Let's talk about whether, in the current political environment, it's wise for a likely GOP presidential candidate, Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, to call on conservatives to “smash the windows out of big government”? Or Iowa Republican Congressman Steve King, expressing sympathy for Stack flying his airplane into an IRS building and going on to tell supporters that they need to "implode" IRS offices?

Yes, I know the left has their nuts, too, so spare me a list. We all know who they are. I know about, do not excuse, and in fact condemn people like Tre Arrow, who pulled shit that could have gotten someone killed in the log truck yard. My point is, you evidently have a blind spot, and you talk in ridiculous generalities.

Let's be clear: "The left" is not violent. "The right" is not violent either. But both have their share, a minority, of those who have committed violence, and who use the language of violence. So when you say things like this:

...it is really the left who are violent ...

... your voice is somewhat muffled, which I guess is what someone sounds like when they're talking out of their ass.

P.S. Charles Dyer is a Tea Partier. Google him, and then come back here and defend him.

Anon 5:48/5:50,

From The Duncan Banner:

OKLAHOMA CITY — A jury in a federal courtroom Tuesday returned after several hours with a not guilty verdict for Charles Alan Dyer, who was charged in January with a federal complaint of possession of a grenade launcher.
The only charge left is the one regarding child sexual abuse.

Last I checked, in this country a person is innocent until proven guilty.

Kindly reserve your judgment until after the trial.

Unless they're Latino, right? I mean, that's how it seems to work in Miglavia, anyway.

The irony is that Daniel avoided jail time because the Oregon Court of Appeals found a suspicion based on dress and demeanor to be violative of the prohibition against unreasonable search and seizure.

Anonymous said...

Oh wait that was just his argument for why he should avoid conviction.

If you are an illegal alien you are automatically guilty. They are felons because they have already broken laws and do not deserve our justice system on our dime.

On another positive note that will save American lives, the new Arizona law is already working. Mexico has warned her citizens to respect the local laws. Who woulda thunk.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/04/27/AR2010042701544.html

This is what happens when laws are enacted and the crooks will either obey them or get tossed in jail. We are a nation of laws.

Words of "wisdom" from Anonymouse 8:51AM, our resident illegal alien. If Daniel posts anything at all, even if it is about the weather, this f***ing idiot opposes it and denigrates Daniel no end. Time to go back across the border, Anonymouse 8:51. Your hero, Calderone, needs you. We in the Pacific Northwest certainly do NOT.

Anonymous said...

Another problem with Dave's comment: A first-time illegal crossing is not a felony, it's a misdemeanor.

DAVE01 said...

Very good anon 11:07. I'm surprised you would know that. Since a lot of them have been thrown out, they are felons when they come back the second time.

However, once you work and don't pay taxes, that is a felony. If you work and use somebody else's SSN, that is a felony.

In conclusion, there are very few ways that an adult criminal alien could come to America and survive here without committing a felony. Hence, they are all felons. You do understand that don't you?

In addition, helping an illegal alien makes a person a felon. Here is the applicable lines of US code 8.

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

As I said, very good that you know some of the laws.

I do want to know when you will show the same compassion for American children who have their educations stolen by criminal aliens, Americans who are raped, killed and murdered, people who have their SSN's stolen and all the other victims of criminal aliens? You criminal alien lovers seem to have selective compassion, all for criminal aliens and none for Americans. Do you have some guilt or what? I understand politicians who want to have their vote, but not normal Americans.

As I said, they are mostly felons. Dispute that FACT. I'm sure a few might slip by and not be felons, but not many.

Anonymous said...

Hence, they are all felons. You do understand that don't you?

Yes, I follow that line of reasoning. But I don't care. It's true that millions of Americans break the law every day by jaywalking. They are, technically, criminals. But I don't care. And so long as all an "illegal alien" is doing over here is living and working and otherwise obeying the law, I don't have a problem with it. Why make harmless behavior illegal and then scream about all the lawbreakers? That doesn't make any sense.

Why should I have "guilt" over the violent crimes committed by a small minority of the "criminal aliens"? Should I also feel guilty about people who drink and drive because I support people's right to drink? Am I somehow implicated because I support divorce laws, even though divorce divides the traditional family unit and leaves a trail of "broken homes"? Am I culpable for the shit that Goldman Sachs pulled because I have a mortgage?

Do me a favor: You've already shown yourself to be fairly diplomatic and reasonable when talking about immigration, so how about putting a few more feathers in your cap and concede the point that people who disagree with you on immigration DO NOT, in ANY sense of the word, "love" anyone who rapes or murders, or that we somehow "support" killing children. The only response that bullshit argument merits is a hearty "fuck you," so how about growing up and stop making it?

DAVE01 said...

ANON 1:04 PM
People who condone illegal immigration many not love the violence, but they are doing nothing to stop it. So how are you going to stop the rapes, murders and drunk driving deaths that are preventable?

Anonymous said...

So how are you going to stop the rapes, murders and drunk driving deaths that are preventable?

Well, that's relatively simple: Just put every single man in the country in prison. Prohibit alcohol, make that illegal. And prohibit driving: No cars. I think that would pretty much guarantee that rapes, murders and drunk driving would stop.
