It used to be illegal for women to vote, and as a "rule of law" sort of guy, I say that we bar women from voting. Allowing women to vote simply rewarded the criminals. Why should we have allowed them to vote just because they demanded their "rights"? They didn't have the "right" to vote in the first place! That's why it was legal for only men to vote.

I will not rest until women who vote are treated like the criminals that they are.

I wasn't going to post this, but what the hell...

REP. JOHN YOUNG (D-Tex.):
On June 11, 1976, Colleen Gardner, a former staff secretary to Young, told the New York Times that Young increased her salary after she gave in to his sexual advances. In November, Young, who had run unopposed in the safe Democratic district five consecutive times, was reelected with just 61 percent of the vote. The scandal wouldn't go away, and in 1978 Young was defeated in a Democratic primary runoff.

REP. ALLAN HOWE (D-Utah):
On June 13, 1976, Howe was arrested in Salt Lake City on charges of soliciting two policewomen posing as prostitutes. Howe insisted he was set up and refused to resign. But the Democratic Party distanced itself from his candidacy and he was trounced by his Republican opponent in the November election.

REP. FRED RICHMOND (D-N.Y.):
In April 1978, Richmond was arrested in Washington for soliciting sex from a 16-year-old boy. Richmond apologized for his actions, conceding he "made bad judgments involving my private life." In spite of a Democratic primary opponent's attempts to cash in on the headlines, Richmond easily won renomination and reelection. But his career came to an end four years later when, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana and tax evasion - and amid allegations that he had his staff procure cocaine for him -- he resigned his seat.

REP. JOHN HINSON (D-Miss.):
On Aug. 8, 1980, during his first reelection bid, Hinson stunned everyone by announcing that in 1976 he had been accused of committing an obscene act at a gay haunt in Virginia. Hinson, married and a strong conservative, added that in 1977 he had survived a fire in a gay D.C. movie theater. He was making the disclosure, he said, because he needed to clear his conscience. But he denied he was a homosexual and refused GOP demands that he resign. Hinson won reelection in a three-way race, with 39 percent of the vote. But three months later, he was arrested on charges of attempted oral sodomy in the restroom of a House office building. He resigned his seat on April 13, 1981.

REP. ROBERT BAUMAN (D-Md.):
On Oct. 3, 1980, Bauman, a leading "pro-family" conservative, pleaded innocent to a charge that he committed oral sodomy on a teenage boy in Washington. Married and the father of four, Bauman conceded that he had been an alcoholic but had been seeking treatment. The news came as a shock to voters of the rural, conservative district, and he lost to a Democrat in November.

REP. GERRY STUDDS (D-Mass.):
The House ethics committee on July 14, 1983, announced that Studds had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male in 1973. He admitted the charges that same day, and acknowledged he was gay. The committee voted to reprimand him, but a back-bench Georgia Republican named Newt Gingrich argued that he should be expelled. The full House voted on July 20 instead to censure him, the first time that ever happened for sexual misconduct. Studds refused to apologize. Voters in Studds's liberal district were forgiving. Studds won reelection in 1984 with 56 percent of the vote, and continued to win until he retired in 1996.

REP. ERNIE KONNYU (D-Calif.):
In August 1987, two former Konnyu aides complained to the San Jose Mercury News that the freshman Republican had sexually harassed them. GOP leaders were unhappy with Konnyu's temperament to begin with, so it took little effort to find candidates who would take him on in the primary. Stanford professor Tom Campbell ousted Konnyu the following June.

SEN. BROCK ADAMS (D-Wash.):
On Sept. 27, 1988, Seattle newspapers reported that Kari Tupper, the daughter of Adams's longtime friends, filed a complaint against the Washington Democrat in July of 1987, charging sexual assault. She claimed she went to Adams's house in March 1987 to get him to end a pattern of harassment, but that he drugged her and assaulted her. Adams denied any sexual assault, saying they only talked about her employment opportunities. Adams continued raising campaign funds and declared for a second term in February of 1992. But two weeks later the Seattle Times reported that eight other women were accusing Adams of sexual molestation over the past 20 years, describing a history of drugging and subsequent rape. Later that day, while still proclaiming his innocence, Adams ended his campaign.

REP. JIM BATES (D-Calif.):
Roll Call quoted former Bates aides in October 1988 saying that the San Diego Democrat made sexual advances toward female staffers. Bates called it a GOP-inspired smear campaign, but also apologized for anything he did that might have seemed inappropriate. The story came too close to Election Day to damage Bates, who won easily. However, the following October the ethics committee sent Bates a "letter of reproval" directing him to make a formal apology to the women who filed the complaint. Although the district was not thought to be hospitable to the GOP, Randy "Duke" Cunningham, a former Navy pilot who was once shot down over North Vietnam, ousted Bates in 1990 by fewer than 2,000 votes.

REP. GUS SAVAGE (D-Ill.):
The Washington Post reported on July 19, 1989, that Savage had fondled a Peace Corps volunteer while on an official visit to Zaire. Savage called the story a lie and blamed it on his political enemies and a racist media. (Savage is black.) In January 1990, the House ethics committee decided that the events did occur, but decided against any disciplinary action because Savage wrote a letter to the woman saying he "never intended to offend" her. Savage was reelected in 1990, but finally ousted in the 1992 primary by Mel Reynolds.

REP. BARNEY FRANK (D-Mass.):
In response to a story in the Aug. 25, 1989, Washington Times, Frank confirmed that he hired Steve Gobie, a male prostitute, in 1985 to live with and work for him in his D.C. apartment. But Frank, who is gay, said he fired Gobie in 1987 when he learned he was using the apartment to run a prostitution service. The Boston Globe, among others, called on Frank to resign, but he refused. On July 19, 1990, the ethics committee recommended Frank be reprimanded because he "reflected discredit upon the House" by using his congressional office to fix 33 of Gobie's parking tickets. Attempts to expel or censure Frank failed; instead the House voted 408-18 to reprimand him. The fury in Washington was not shared in Frank's district, where he won reelection in 1990 with 66 percent of the vote, and has won by larger margins ever since.

SEN. DANIEL INOUYE (D-Hawaii):
In October 1992, Republican Senate nominee Rick Reed began running a campaign commercial that included a surreptitiously taped interview with Lenore Kwock, Inouye's hairdresser. Kwock said Inouye had sexually forced himself on her in 1975 and continued a pattern of sexual harassment, even as Kwock continued to cut his hair over the years. Inouye, seeking a sixth term, denied the charges. And Kwock said that by running the commercial, Reed had caused her more pain than Inouye had. Reed was forced to pull the ad, and while many voters took out their anger on the Republican, Inouye was held to 57 percent of the vote - the lowest total of his career. A week later, a female Democratic state legislator announced that she had heard from nine other women who claimed Inouye had sexually harassed them over the past decade. But the women didn't go public with their claims, the local press didn't pursue the story, and the Senate Ethics Committee decided to drop the investigation because the accusers wouldn't participate in an inquiry.

REP MEL REYNOLDS (D-Ill.):
Freshman Reynolds was indicted on Aug. 19, 1994, on charges of having sex with a 16-year-old campaign worker and then pressuring her to lie about it. Reynolds, who is black, denied the charges and said the investigation was racially motivated. The GOP belatedly put up a write-in candidate for November, but Reynolds dispatched him in the overwhelmingly Democratic district with little effort. Reynolds was convicted on Aug. 22, 1995 of 12 counts of sexual assault, obstruction of justice and solicitation of child pornography, was sentenced to five years in prison, and resigned his seat on October 1.

Here is the latest on a pro-family, pro-children anti-pedophil pedophile Republican continue to hide his little dirty dealings with the children:

Foley Won't Let Investigators Examine His House Computer

August 23, 2007

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Neither former U.S. Representative Mark Foley nor the House will let investigators with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement examine his congressional computers.

Florida's top police agency said that's hindering its investigation into Foley's lurid Internet communications with teenage boys.

The department hopes to conclude its investigation next week. Foley, a Florida Republican, resigned from Congress in September after being confronted with the computer messages he sent to male teenage pages who had worked on Capitol Hill.

The pro-illegal alien crowd can no longer debate the issue.

Look at the above sentence. Only 11 words. And yet, so much bullshit:

Let us count the ways:

1) "Pro-illegal." The implication is that anyone who takes the concept of "inalienable rights" seriously also supports unlawful activity. I'd elaborate, but I fear explaining the problem with this would only confuse the Miglavians.

2) "Alien." Yes, I know the term has a legal meaning in American law. But it also serves a dual function: To marginalize those who are different, to dehumanize them. They are not human beings. They are "aliens," and thus, worthy of whatever bile you can dish out.

3) ... "crowd" ... I don't think that a "crowd" is posting the list of Republican pedophiles. Although it's an anonymous poster, I suspect that it's probably ... let's see ...maybe ONE person. Possibly two. That does not constitute a "crowd."

4) "Can no longer debate the issue." Ah, so you're both debater AND debate moderator? A novel concept.

We could keep going:

5) "Their agenda has failed."

Really? Let's see: You've held the presidency for nearly eight years, Congress for most of that time; you dominate the Supreme Court and the media. Also, to hear you assholes tell it, American public opinion is overwhelmingly on your side. In other words, you've got all the cards. A royal flush.

Insofar as your agenda is concerned, how's it working out? Why is the pile of chips still in the middle of the table, so close within your grasp, and yet ... out of reach?

You're a liar :

I don't care :
"I suspect that it's probably ... let's see ...maybe ONE person. Possibly two. That does not constitute a "crowd." "

And your post proves it :
"Can no longer debate the issue."

You're a liar and a dumbshit :
"Ah, so you're both debater AND debate moderator? A novel concept."

You're a liar :
"You've held the presidency for nearly eight years, Congress for most of that time; you dominate the Supreme Court" (No, dumbshit, it's the pro-amnesty, pro-illegal alien crowd who has done that.)

A bit of truth escaped your lying hole :
"American public opinion is overwhelmingly on your side."

I would ask illegal aliens and their pals this question :
"Why is the pile of chips still in the middle of the table, so close within your grasp, and yet ... out of reach?"

And the answer is, because Americans aren't going to fawn upon you crooks, or be ruled over by you.

Calhoun deserves congtratulations for letting a little honesty slip out of his otherwise incomprehensible response. When the Bigotry police pointed out the obvious fact that the "aliens" they enjoy disparaging are human beings, Calhoun accused him of being a "liar."

Learn to read, idiot. "the bullshit police" said : "They are not human beings. They are "aliens," ... etc."

NOT. You understand the word? NOT. Try www.dictionary.com if you don't. He said they're NOT human beings.

But "the bullshit police" was trying to say it was my/our opinion, that illegal aliens aren't human beings. And that's a lie. I don't think that. And I've never heard anyone say that.

But they are criminals. So are we disparaging the criminals when we point out that they're breaking the law? Awww ....

To the list of characteristics of the typical Miglavian -- bigoted, reactionary, etc. -- we obviously need to add another: Extreme naivete.

The Miglavian apparently believes that if ONLY we can just clear our home of those mean, nasty, dirty "aliens," then our schools will be better, streets will be safer, the elderly will get the health care they need, and we'll all have the jobs we want.

OK, that's it. You gutless ANON posters, along with knuckleheads like Thought Police (Catchy Name....did you think of that all by yourself, or did your Special Ed teacher help you.), and the other sheep who would rather resort to the Pedophile List rather than argue their position on the original post, have finally destroyed yourselves.

You have shown your true colors (mostly yellow, and a little Commie red thrown in for warmth) to the folks that rread this blog. I have no doubt that you are the same sheep that believe everything the Left throws at you, as if it were the un-deniable truth. I really feel quite sorry for you folks who are easily duped into believing silly stories like "Donald Rumsfeld authorized the rape of children...", and other non-sense.

On top of that, your morally superior attitude is quite laughable. But, I'll keep returning to this blog because I like to get my daily laugh at your expense. You folks really need help. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for listening to opposing viewpoints when they are sensible. I've switched sides on several issues, but they were presented to me in a logical, thought out and well documented manner.

The order of the day here is simply to call Republicans Pedophiles, and anyone who argues to the contrary, is called a "Pedophile Apologist". Your cause is REALLY going to advance with the "Hurl Names At Them" strategy.

You guys show that you are weak when you make statements like "People who want the borders enforced are simply a bunch of red neck racists" and "If you are against illegal immigration, you're a racist", and finaly my personal favorite "Republicans are a bunch of rich white men who are in it for the money". That last one I read on a lefty blog just last week. I laughed for hours.

So, good luck to all of you hopeless cowards who can't generate a meaningful piece of diologue.

I have one last parting thought for you: Your Democratic Congress has the lowest approval rating ever in the history of these United States. 18%. That's lower than the Presidents approval rating, and you guys trounce him on the air, in print, and on T.V. EVERY DAY.

GO PELOSI AND REID!

Dear "Gutless Anon"

You've just made my point. You haven't done your homework and made yourself look like an ass.

I can back my post up with at least a dozen anon. posts on this site verifying what I said. Daily posts of the "Republican Pedo List", etc.. Can you do the same with what you've just posted?

Nope. Wanna know why?

A.) 'Miglavians" as you call them would NEVER call an Illegal Alien an "Un-Documented Worker". That's a lefty P.C. term, while Illegal Alien is a legal term. (Please take note of the ILLEGAL part)

B.) Rapists and Murderers are called what they are....Rapists and murderers. I've never seen an instance on this blog where all Illegal Aliens are called rapists, Murderers, and Drunk Drivers. While a dis-proportinate amout of the known Illegal Alien population have commited these crimes, (I have the stats to back-up this claim if you really want to see them),I don't think that I have seen one serious post saying that all Illegal Aliens are Rapists, murderers, etc.. Especially on a daily basis as you claim.

As a matter of fact, the only "Pedophile Apologist" I've read about on this site (and several others) was the former MEXICAN CONSULATE to Portland who said that "Sex with underage girls is a cultural mis-understanding".

Now, read your post, and THINK about your post. Is it fact? Or do you just think that it is?

But don't worry anon., I still love ya.

Mr. DeLucca: If the 12 million undocumented workers in this country were white, from Canada, and spoke English, Daniel Miglavs would be blogging about something else (my guess is that he'd opt for the "homosexual conspiracy") and you and I would certainly not be having this exchange. You know it, and I know it, so spare me the sensation of blowing any more smoke up my ass.

Anonymous said...

No...I Don't know it. And neither do you. It's pure speculation on your part. That's the huge flaw in your arguments. You speculate too damn much without any evidence to back it up.

If you've read this blog for awhile, you'd know that the mention of Illegal Immigrants from China, Russia, Ukraine, and elsewhere are mentioned quite often. However, even a narrow minded knothead like you can figure out that a vast majority of the illegal immigration into the United States comes accross our Southern Border. Now, just by looking around your own State, and by viewing news footage of Pro-Illegal Immigration marches, you can certainly say without a shadow of a doubt that the illegal imigration problem comes from Mexico, Central, and to some extent, South America. That's fact, not speculation.

If anything is being blown up your ass, that's your business. What you do in the privacy of your bedroom is non of my concern.

You obviously don't have the brains to present a valid rebuttal to anything I said in my previous post. You just went ahead and made accusations of racism right off the bat. Typical of a gutless anon poster.

"Mr. DeLucca: If the 12 million undocumented workers in this country were white, from Canada, and spoke English, Daniel Miglavs would be blogging about something else "

Obviously this person is not acquainted with the warm welcome the Irish received here a few years back.

On the Illegal Alien terminology:

Rape lets change that to "uninvited love making"

Child Molesting, lets change to "age inappropriate intercourse"

The idiocy of changing the terms used for criminals so as not to be offensive to them....amazing.

Look - I've been saying it for a while now, but people like BS Police don't give a rip about the illegals, they just crave that feeling of moral superiority they gain by calling others racist. That's all it is about for them. You simply cant argue with someone who thinks that as a liberal, they are incapable of racism and thus entitled to hurl the accusation at anyone, no matter how ludicrous the situation, with impunity. Invective, emotion, feelings and rage, these are the tools of their argument, thus neither facts nor reason will sway them.

Hitler's claim to represent true socialist ideals and practices has roughly the same credibility as David Koresh's claim that he was a modern-day incarnation of Cyrus the Great.

Accepting a sociopath's claim at face value is what happens when a reactionary and uneducated man like Daniel Miglavs gets a whiff of history and then "muses" his way into the realm of sheer fantasy.

Well, considering that the Nazi's were in fact the National Socialist Party

And considering that Fascism in its day was widely considered the middle way between communism and laissez faire capitalism

And considering that Hitler did in fact institute a fairly complete model of the Fascist economic system - state control of the economy through private and semi private corporations - that while not communism, is in fact closer to socialism than anything else. It is also important to remember that in the Nazi's ascendancy, Fascism was widely accepted as a completely valid economic system. George Bernard Shaw widely encouraged his fellow socialists to embrace Fascism as the wave of the future.

It hardly seems a leap then to consider that Hitler did in fact represent what he claimed, a version of Socialism, Fascism, which obviously he considered true Socialism.

Im not exactly sure why this would be in question? Hitler was a horrible person to be sure, but to claim he was not involved in another incarnation of Socialism is a little batty.

Pol Pot, Castro, Guevara, Mao, all horrible and arguably insane people. Is anyone going to argue that they were not Socialists on one level or another because of their loathsome qualities?

This is not a close call.

Dear Pedo List Poster:

1) The ACLU supports NAMBLA's (the North American Man / Boy Love Association) right to free speech,(The ACLU Defended NAMBLA in a lawsuit pro bono) even when it has been proven in court that said free speech has facilitated in the sexual exploitation, and sexual molestation of children. (NAMBLA's website details how to avoid detection when commiting sex crimes against minors)

2) The ACLU was a MAJOR campaign contributor to Nancy Pelosi, and supports her stands on a variety of issues.

3) Nancy Pelosi has expressed her support of the ACLU, calling it an "Organization that keeps Americans Free from Gov't Intrusion"

Having read the above, would it be a fair assumption that Nancy Pelosi supports NAMBLA and the right of Men to have intercourse with underaged boys?

Sounds silly when it is put into perspective huh? I could run around all day to the lefty blogs saying that all Democrats support NAMBLA, and therefore all Democrats were Child Molestor Apologists.

But that would be silly and simply disingenuous wouldn't it?

Rhuse’s assessment of National Socialism is uninformed and patently ridiculous. By his logic, we must assume that Koresh was, in fact, a modern-day incarnation of Cyrus the Great. After all, that’s what Koresh claimed, so if he said it, then it must be accurate.

Uninformed? Not very likely as I list examples and reasons for my contention. You simply call people names, a very weak stance.

Other than the name calling, your only argument is a fatally flawed analogy. After using it twice I am surprised you didn't realize the error in it.

Koresh claimed to be something whereas Hitler claimed to be an adherent of an idea. In this case a system of government, fascism which he called National Socialism. That fascism was strongly associated with socialism and shares many qualities with it is something you simply don't seem to understand.

Koresh - Claiming to be something doesn't make you that thing.

Hitler - Claiming to adhere to an idea, and then acting in a way consummate with that adherence does in fact make you an adherent of that system.

I would suggest that in the future, rather than simply call those who refute your flawed analysis "uninformed" you brush up a little on your basic logic skills. It would help you to avoid fatal logical errors, in this case your analogy. It would also possibly help you in avoiding the silly name calling. As a start you should begin brushing up on the economic model fascism was based upon as well as the world political zeitgeist as it pertained to fascism at the time. Good luck!

I am prepared to respond to the substance of your comment, but I see no point in doing so unless you indicate that you're actually interested in getting one. Quite honestly, I get the sense that you don't really care one way or another.

Insofar as alleged "silly name-calling" is concerned, I stand by my characterization of your comments as "ridiculous," which they are, and "uninformed," which your subsequent post confirms. A more detailed response would illustrate why, but as I said:

Only if you're genuinely interested. Otherwise, what's the point?

R Huse said...

Well, the point would have been to defend your position. I have given you ample opportunity to do so by responding in a polite and reasoned fashion. Clearly, you still cant defend, that's too bad.

After several reasoned responses by me, you still cant defend your position beyond repeating the name calling and the fatally flawed analogy. At this point to be coming up with the excuse "Only if you're genuinely interested." is a little late in the game and somewhat laughable. I mean, there is weak and then there is W-E-A-K.

Clearly you know this, and thus your backing out. I am clearly far more informed on the issue than you as I can list historical and logical reasons for my position. You, on the other hand can only stammer along and say "b..b...b....b.....b......but your uninformed".

At this point just give it up guy. You got called on your position, you couldn't defend it, and now you are weaseling out of in a patently obvious manner. While humorous, it is not substantive.

I'll take that as a "I don't give a shit." Which I'd assumed anyway.
