Both sides need to give a little in this situation. It is absolutely unthinkable to me that we would go into August without some sort of deal worked out. It's been a long debate but the deadline to act before it negatively impacts us is rapidly approaching. Get it done this coming week guys. We need to move forward.
I am, of coarse, talking about the NFL lockout.

I bet the players are thanking God they have a union.
They don't have a union. Remember they voted to disolve it. That is why they are or were locked out.
And "of coarse", I think you meant to say "of course" Danny Boy.
You learn these types of things when you don't drop out of school. ;)
Why are so many of the right-wingers I encounter online seemingly unfamiliar with the English language they want everyone to speak? It's as if to be a member of the "crazy right-winger" club, you must first certify that you have only an 8th grade mastery of the English language.
What's up with that???
Oh take a chill pill, Anon. We all make typos now and then. I've made them. What I think is more interesting about the post is the total absence of a serious position on the labor dispute. Did Daniel "Unionists are Communists" Miglavs side with the players, or did he side with the corporate owners, who gladly accept public handouts in the form of OUR tax money to build their multi-million dollar football stadiums?
Anon 9:34, you will never hear from Daniel on that, because anything he could say would only reveal yet more of his rank hypocrisy.
Daniel Miglavs is an intellectual lightweight, which I suspect is one of the reasons he's too afraid to engage any critics here.
No use even getting involved in a fight that you know you can't win.
