Look for the E-Verify label

Employers can protect themselves, their employees and their customers by using the FREE federal E-Verify system to ensure they only hire LEGAL workers.
Take the time to ask store managers if they use E-Verify, if they don't then ask them why not.

Two easy responses to your eVerify question:

#1 Everify is not required. There is no federal or state law that forces employers or anyone for that matter to use it. Besides, eVerify is not going to be funded after the deadline this fall.

#2 As the U.S. Chamber of Commerce see the system is majorly flawed and unreliable, unfairly imposes penalties on employers. The government has no business being involved in the free market.

My business will never use eVerify and there isn't anything 10 people standing on a street corner complaining that will change that. Find a new hobby and stop meddling in the market place.

anon-why don't you find a new hobby. Your comments are obviously not appreciated here. You're just another turd in the punchbowl.

Anyone that does not verify that an employee is able to work legally in the US is un-American.

E-verify is 96.1% accurate. How is that majorly flawed and unreliable? Why don't you use facts to back up your bullshit lies. Oh, because facts will disprove your lies. Tell us where your business is and we will educate you on the facts. How many rapists do you employ? Are you a rapist or a pedophile? I bet that is why you don't want to use e-verify.

Here is the link to e-verify.

If you need help with the fifth grade math, I will be happy to help.

By the way, the government got involved in the market place already. Can you say fannie and freddie. Go talk to that piece of shit Barney Franks. I hope your kids are sold to pay off the debt that he and Jimmy Carter and blowjob Clinton caused with the Community Reinvestment Act. I won't be selling mine off to pay off that debt.

Why do you hate America and Americans so much?

Anon 1037: Just because eVerify is not required, does that mean that employers should not, or cannot, use it? And no one here really cares if your business will never use it, that is your choice. But, remember, that is the consumers choice to not go to your business if they so choose. It works both ways. If I knew what your business name is or where you are located, you can bet your last dollar that you would never, I mean NEVER, catch me in your establishment.

E-verify is soon to be a dead unfunded computer system. Rust in Piece.

anon 10:37- Name your business so we can be sure to avoid it-if you're not too chicken. Show your anti-American pride.

anon 10:37 either doesn't have the balls to tell what or were his business is . Most likely he doesn't have a business. ( it sure doesn't look like he has the brains to run one !

The fact is if you support anti-civil liberty policies like e-Verify then you are not only un-American, but you are anti-business, anti-freemarket and an enemy of freedom as well.

As a member of the Chamber of Commerce, I am glad that e-Verify is being defunded. I have lobbied my Senators and Represenatives to vote against any policy such as this and I am proud to say they voted the right way.

Anonymous said...

But not proud enough to name your business. As I suspected, all bullshit, no cow. You sure aren't shy about naming all Daniel's history. What a tiny little one you must have.

What is your business chicken shit?

Anonymous said...

The reason he's not identifying his business, I suspect, is because he doesn't need or want a bunch of loser Miglavians showing up at his door with crudely-made signs and video cameras and making fucking assholes out of themselves and driving away customers. Which shows, I think, excellent business sense.

Hey, BO: E-Verify is NOT unAmerican or anti-civil liberty. What you do not seem to understand, or more likely do not want to understand, is that the illegal aliens in the U.S. are not, repeat NOT, citizens of the U.S. and therefore are not eligible for equal protection under the laws of the U.S. What they are eligible for is immediate expulsion out of the country back to wherever the came from. That you want to continue to have the illegals here, and probably hire them, thereby denying real citizens of the U.S. jobs is truly anti-American and un-American, as well. Maybe you should let us all know what your business is named so that we can stay away from your business, too.

I still don't think the a##hole even owns a business, unless of course it's an AMWAY business (nothing wrong with amway) or something along those lines ! He probably doesn't even have one person in his down line yet !

WOW! Ther are over 200+ comments at the KATU News site on this protest and MOST are going to Boycott this Wendy's.

GREAT News as money talks.

When will OFIR go back as I'll be there next time?

Call house leader Dave Hunt and demand that E-Verify become law @ 503-986-1200.

Tens of Thousands of good paying jobs STOLEN again by Illegal aliens...

WKRG-TV -- Mobile / Pensacola
Illegal alien job thieves talk to News Five
When state and local leaders announced ThyssenKrupp chose Mobile County as the site of its new multi-billion dollar steel mill, they touted the 30,000 construction jobs the plant would create. -- Two years later, a local labor union claims many of the construction workers are not local or legal immigrants...

Hey Scottieshill, maybe "real Americans" are too stupid to do the job? As it goes if folks like you represent "real Americans", I'd rather take my chances with someone who actually knows the value of working hard. Besides, the fact that you "real Americans" can't even spell, my business can't use you. Try applying as a ditch digger.

Anon 12:39 PM, wow that is 200+ losers that probably have never been to that Wendy's or even live near by. Why just this last weekend, I stopped by and got a large order of fries, a doublestack and a large Coke. It was delicious and the place was packed.

Because it is on my route to work and because you are a loser with a big mouth, I might just stop by every day. Although I am keeping my calorie intake down, I might just buy a large cup of water for a$5 donation.

The smart money says that those 200 comments were posted by all of seven Miglavians. How many did you do, Daniel?

Anonymous said...

What would you know about smart money? Dumb ass.
Your response to every thing on this blog that you don't like is to declare that you like it and are giving them money. What a load of bullshit. You have no job, you have no money, you have no brains and you have no hope.
Take your chickenshit third grade spelling comment and shove it up your ass.
Again, what's the name of your business?

Scottiebill said...

To add to what Anon 9:03 posted: Anon 4:11 is bitching about my spelling because I missed the "y" in the word "they". If that is all he's got to complain about, then he is truly hurting for something, anything, to write something intelligible, intellectual, and denigrating. It must be hard going through life with nothing to look forward to from day to day except to whine, bitch, and complain about others that do not agree with him completely and without question. Look up the words "pathetic" and "loser" in your Funk and Wagnalls and you will find pictures of Anon 4:11 there. As far as my going out to dig ditches, give me access to a backhoe and I surely can do that, even though I'm 74 and a retired trucker with almost 4,000,000 miles with one chargeable accident in 45 years in the business. I couldn't do it with a shovel, though, because of a bad back. But then Ann 4:11 not only couldn't OR wouldn't dig a ditch with a shovel OR a backhoe, because he likely thinks that such tasks are beneath him.

Anyone notice that the goobers over at causa have just kinda ignored that an illegal raped a woman? Kinda makes sense cause its hard to argue fact. A. Illegal B. Rape=causa sitting on their libtard thumbs going heh maybe they are right, better not blog about it.

It is kinda like how Oregonians for Immigration Reform ignored how Bruce Benkle, one of their own, molested all those little kids at his barbershop. It is hard to ignore the facts: A)OFIR Member Bruce Benkle B) Child Molestor = OFIR racists pretending like one of their members wasn't a pedophile.

Anonymous said...

I still don't understand how supporting the law equals racism anon 11:01. But hey if it makes you feel better to hide behind that thought process so be it. As for Bruce I know for a fact that many members of OFIR addressed the issue here on Daniel's site. Check the archives.
