Another bang up job by government

Suspect Named In Girl's Slaying Investigated In Other Crimes
Police on Friday named the suspect in the abduction and slaying of a 12-year-old Tacoma girl and said the 42-year-old man is being investigated in connection with other crimes -- locally and in other parts of the country.

Ramsdell said Adhahn is being charged with failing to register as a sex offender and that he would be charged in Zina's abduction and death.

Adhahn, a Thai immigrant [illegal alien] who was convicted of incest in 1990, is being held at a federal detention center in connection with alleged immigration violations.

Adhahn was later transferred to federal immigration detention in Tacoma because he could face deportation for his 1990 incest conviction, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Lorie Dankers said earlier this week.

Oh good, glad that they are getting around to that deportation... 17 years later. Really, I am giving up my guns because clearly government can protect us.

Let's do a quick tally of the government failures here:

Adhahn is an illegal alien. Government doesn't notice.

Adhahn failed to register as a sex offender. Government doesn't notice.

Adhahn is registered to vote illegaly. Government doesn't notice.

Government's number on job is public safety. They can't protect us from illegal aliens coming here. They can't seem to track/control/watch convicted sex offenders. They can't seem to control the election process.

I can't wait for a combination of amnesty and HillaryCare.

We can lay this at the feet of Washington's faux governor Gregoire, and by extention, Teddy the K, Patty "Osama Mamma" Murray and Marie Cantwell (they voted for the illegal alien amnesty bill) and Ron Wyden. They, of course, had nothing to do with the girl's actual death, but they are aiding and abetting the influx of the illegals in our country. This guy even was registered to vote! And was not a citizen, but was ILLEGAL! And he was kicked out of the country some 16 or 17 years ago as a sex offender.

So, all the people who love and respect and adore the illegals in our country, remember that the next little girl abducted by an illegal alien could be yours. Maybe then you might have second thoughts about being so in love with the illegals - - - but I doubt it.

Don't anyone forget the golden parachute the government elites have.....they can't be sued for "failure to protect." In other words, incompetence, fraud, and willful negligence are "no controlling legal authority" for public employees SWORN to uphold our laws! Way to go, libs.....sheesh.

People should know the Doctor Bombers of the UK were imported to cover the vacancies created after the native born MD's left the country seeking to avoid their miserable NHS.

So much for Socialized Medicine!

Sure they can. It's called an election.

Meanwhile, we wait anxiously for Daniel Miglavs to weigh in on Vice President Dick Cheney's unique theory of how "rule of law" applies to himself.

ZOG said...

I love liberals,
When they can't formulate a valid rebuttal, they resort to a complete change of the subject. In this post about “illegal aliens” Blue man says:
“Now let's do a quick tally of the government failures leading up to 9/11 and in the war in Iraq.”

Blue man, you would be better off if you just said: “I can’t argue with you on this subject, so I will call you a ‘fascist war-monger pig Nazi Jew hater white racist you like to kill all black people and eat your young’” Either that, or just SHUT YOUR UNEDUCATED MOUTH!

I feel better!

Anonymous said...

It is hardly a "complete change of subject." Mr. Miglavs stakes out a position of being outraged about the government failures that led to a tragedy. A noble position, but I don't think that's where he's really coming from, so my question is intended to test that theory. I look forward to an honest answer from Mr. Miglavs. It's either a "Yes" or a "no." In the meantime, NWCW, take a chill pill.

BEAR said...

Hey, kidiot, bureaucrats aren't elected. How's that bhurka working out for you?

Anonymous said...

Ah yes, the old "apples-and-oranges" argument. Well Mr. Bear, I'll agree with you on one point: Miglavs directs his ire at "the government," which in this case is presumably actions taken by "bureaucrats" -- people who can't be held directly accountable in an election.

But that's just the point, Mr. Bear. Daniel is posturing as a person outraged by incompetence that leads to disaster, but he's shouting at and about people he has no control over -- the oranges.

So let's see what impulses and perspectives are really at work here by looking at a case of ... apples! Let's take an example where Daniel actually has an opportunity to take action against someone who presided over the incompetence, who was a part of it who was integral to it. In this particular case, an American president. It's his watch, yes? The buck stops ... where? Are we clear?

So I want to know: When Daniel "I hate government incompetence" Miglavs has an opportunity to do more than simply bitch about government on his blog and actually hold it accountable after a monumental tragedy that it clearly could and should have stopped, by going after the guy at the top ... what did he do?

I want to know. Given everything we knew going into the 2004 election about the Bush administration's mind-boggling fuck-ups, which greased the skids for the 9/11 terrorists, did he vote for Mr. Bush, or someone else?

Pretty simple question, although I've already resigned myself to the fact that I'm probably not going to get an answer.

Which, of course, is an answer. It tells us something about what really motivates Daniel Miglavs.

Re: Rule of law2 and his incredably long and unnecssary list of Republican evil-doers.
OK, we get it- Repubilcans are evil! Yes. I bow to your research into sex crimes commited buy those nasty Republicans! And, while I question your obsession with sex-crimes,you have convinced me to change my party affiliation to the ever so squeaky clean Democratic party! How can I have been so blind(Actually I'm an Independent, but we won't let that get in the way)to the moral righteousness of the "left side of the aisle"?
I won't let the fact that this thread IS NOT about politicians and their high crimes & misdemeanors ,instead I will acknowledge that there are evil men (and women) on both sides. The point (other than the one on your head) is that this ILLEGAL alien KILLED an Innocent 12 year old girl. Was previously convicted of INCEST, and still managed to sneak in under the radar and commit even more crimes. (Just doing the jobs Americans won't do?)
So, thank you for wasting my time scrolling through your list of Republican sins. I won't waste bandwidth listing Democrats sins, because it would be pointless to you and those who think like you.

Some wag, about 2000 years ago wrote: "All have sinned, and come short of the Glory of God."
(And,just so you understand - that "all" includes me.)

Alrighty then. I think I'm done.

Frankly, anyone who keeps bringing up the Republican list needs to kill themselves. Why? Because they're only wasting their space. No one listens and no one cares.

So, Blue Man, go kill yourself.

I did not post the Republican list. If you go back and actually READ the entry, you'll see that it was posted by someone calling himself "Rule of law 2." I didn't post it. I have never posted it. I don't know who did post it, and I think you need to take a deep breath and cool your shit.

R Huse said...

Well, I wouldn't put too much stock in the republican list there. It looks pretty impressive until you get to the last one.

Gee, I am supposed to believe that because a prisoner said so, Rumsfeld authorized the rape of children to get their mothers to talk?

Talk about idiotic. Yep, I sure do believe that Rumsfeld walked in and said "hey, I want a lot of child rape going on here as an interrogation technique. Anybody asks, you say I gave the go ahead"

Oh, and gee, I guess like all the other wacko's, somehow there is all this proof Rumsfeld did this, but yet no one will bring a case. I guess because the FBI et al probably doesn't have the super secret connections like the loony's do.

Oh well, who really cares, the extent to which Republicans tend to prosecute their members and the extent to which Democrats excuse is pretty much legendary when it comes to this sort of thing. Yep, everyone remembers Bill and Monica, and everyone remembers how for some reason sexual harassment was a big deal when Clarence Thomas was accused of it, but a totally private matter when Clinton was.

Everyone remembers the big defense of Gerry Studds, and how not a single democrat would condemn him when he passed away recently. I guess enviornmentalism tops child abuse. Hmm, oh well.

Hey, anyone remember congressman Mel Lewis? Boy I sure remember those sexy phone calls with that teenage girl. Wow, the Dems fought tooth and nail to keep him in the house after those came out.

So go ahead, point out all the molesting by Republicans, sure, it happens. But one thing the American people know for sure, while both parties may engage in it, only the Democrats excuse it.

Hey, how is Ted Kennedy doing anyway?

Anonymous said...

... somehow there is all this proof Rumsfeld did this, but yet no one will bring a case.

More proof that the Miglavians don't get out much. Rhuse, you apparently missed the news that the Supreme Court announced on its final day in session last month that it had decided to hear the cases of the Guantánamo detainees during the session that begins in October. The case was brought by the Center for Constitutional Rights.

You can disagree with the arguments, call the CCR "anti-Americans," or libs or whatever passes for an "argument" in your little brain, but you cannot deny that a case has, in FACT, been brought.

R Huse said...

Wow, thrilling, the Supremes decided to hear a case.

And when, precisely did I ever argue that the Supremes had not decided to hear a case regarding venue?

OK - let me see if I can follow your logic:

I said I find it very hard to believe the whole ordering rapes in order to obtain info from children's moms.

The supreme court decided the to hear a case as to whether or not the detainees can have their cases heard in US courts.

Hmm, well, that sure is a counter to my argument I guess.

Ok, I give up, you WIN! Rumsfeld obviously ordered child rape because the Supremes decided to hear a case regarding where trials can be held.

Would you therefore grant me this one point, I am a dashingly handsome millionaire because chicken soup is hot?

You also win on the little brain argument. I have no idea how your logical construct works. I do know that you seem very quick to change the subject and move on to ad homonum attacks though. That generally is a real good indicator that someone really has a good argument.

Tell you what, since your response was so obviously silly I would be willing to grant you a do-over. Want to try again with something a little more meaningful?

Anonymous said...

Go back and read what YOU said. Referring to the matter of Donald Rumsfeld's approval of interrogation techniques, and the larger issue of the treatment of detainees at Guantanamo, YOU said:

"...no one will bring a case ..."

Miss that? Let's try it again:

No one will bring a case.

Sinking in yet? One more time?

"NO ONE WILL BRING A CASE"

That's what YOU said. Those are YOUR words. YOU wrote them. Are we straight on this? Is it sinking in yet?

The Supreme Court has decided to hear a case against Donald Rumsfeld regarding detainee treatment at Guantanamo. I realize that Bushies and right-wingers have a problem incorporating objective reality and material fact into their world view, but that IS a fact. It HAPPENED.

You might ask yourself why: Did a case materialize out of thin air? Did it drop out of the heavens? Did Scalia dream it up after one too many shots of Scotch and bring it to a vote? No. SOMEONE BROUGHT A CASE TO THE COURT, YOU FUCKING IGNORAMUS!!!

I must be a moron myself, trying to argue with one. Christ!

R Huse said...

You are so making me cry. I really am trying to give you a chance here, but you just cant seem to hack it.

>Go back and read what YOU said. Referring to the matter of Donald Rumsfeld's approval of interrogation techniques, and the larger issue of the treatment of detainees at Guantanamo, YOU said:

No - sorry, Never said that.

Now that one is definitely a do-over, your assignment, re-read.

I was very specific, I am calling you on the Rumsfeld ordering child rapes thing.

Bad boy - trying to change the subject because someone calls you on something you said. Bad boy, very bad boy.

Anyway.....

The only vaguely relevant recent case I am aware of is the Supremes deciding to hear a case regarding whether or not detainees can have their cases heard in US court. I must be mistaken as it seems you are referring to another case.

Are you actually telling me the Supremes are going to decide whether or not Rumsfeld gave this order? If so I will totally eat my words as it must be a relatively substantial case. I must say I am quite astonished. How many years is Rumsfeld facing for this? What was Rumsfelds bail? I am shocked! Shocked I say! The Supremes are deciding guilt or innocence of a former defense secretary and yet it seems to have made not nearly the amount of news as the phony Koran toilet flushing controversy of a year ago or so.

Tell you what, you don't get a do-over assignment if you can give me the case where the Supremes are deciding Rumsfelds guilt or innocence in this matter.

If they are simply deciding whether or not the detainees get judicial review in US courts, then I am afraid you get the do-over assignment.

Deciding jurisdiction and venue is not in the least the same as deciding a case. Very different I think you have them confused, hence your frustration and name calling. since I am calling you on it.

And by the way, just to clarify, by "no one will bring a case" I mean a criminal case of substance. Not some group simply flinging legal excrement and hoping some of it sticks. By that standard Clinton would be guilty of treason since he had right wing nuts bringing cases like that all the time against him. That's why I followed with the FBI stuff. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

Anyhooo. I want you to know that I really do care about you and am awaiting your response breathlessly. I also hope that you can realize that sitting there and calling me an idiot doesn't make your case. It really undermines my faith in you.

Please, please make me believe in you, I really want to.

Blue man and rule of law are apparently OK with the little girl being killed by the illegal in Tacoma as evidenced by their posts. And rule conveniently ignored his hero's own misdeed some 35 years ago wheh he got drunk, ran his car into the water at Chappaquiddick, left the car and his passenger in the water, and didn't go to the police for 8 or 9 hours after it happened to report the accident, ostensibly so he could sober up first. In the meantime the lady drowned. And Teddy Kennedrunk got charged with failure to report an accident in a timely manner. And this jerk is still in the US Senate, put there time and again by an electorate in Massachusetts that obviously have very short memories. Or even non-existent memories.

But when one is out to castigate and demonize Republicans and conservatives, convenient ignoring of facts always obscure reality.

There's a fascinating tendency at work here in Miglav Land: Anyone who has anything critical to say about Miglav's opinions is immediately and unquestioningly assumed to:

1) Be a liberal
2) Who "hates" America
3) and loves and voted for Bill Clinton (twice)
4) and looks forward to voting for Hilary ...
5) ... While longing for the heady days of Ted Kennedy.

Given the growing number of Republicans who have had it up to their eyeballs with Bush and have said so in the strongest terms possible (a number that seems to grow daily), I have to say that the assumptions enumerated in 1-5 are preposterous and total bullshit -- symptomatic of people who have have absolutely no capacity for critical, thoughtful political analysis or even clearing the bar for what would be expected in an informed opinion.

Another Republican Sex Scandel. Seems Republicans have a hard time following their bible and keeping their dicks in their pants around children and prostitutes. This is just another reason why the Republican Party RNC/GOP needs to be ranked alongside NAMBLA as an organization that gives safe harbor to pedophiles, sex offenders and sexual deviancy.

Vitter Linked to Brothel

NEW ORLEANS — New allegations tie Sen. David Vitter to a high-priced brothel in his hometown, days after he publicly apologized for his connection to an alleged prostitution ring in Washington, D.C.

Vitter (R-La.) acknowledged being involved with a D.C. escort service that federal prosecutors say was a prostitution ring.

On Tuesday, former madam Jeanette Maier said Vitter was once a client of her Canal Street brothel. She pleaded guilty to running the operation in 2002. Vitter won his seat in the U.S. Senate in 2004.

Maier described Vitter as a "decent guy" who appeared to be in need of company when he visited the brothel.

"As far as the girls coming out after seeing David, all they had was nice things to say. It wasn't all about sex. In fact, he just wanted to have somebody listen to him, you know," Maier said in an interview with the Associated Press.

Vitter's office did not respond to calls for comment on the latest allegations.

Vitter, 46, and his wife, Wendy, live in the New Orleans suburb of Metairie with their four children.

It will not be too much longer that all the illegal alien apologists will be trying to defend the illegal picked up in Lodi, Ca for the hit and run that killed the jogger a year ago. And, of course, Anonymouse will try to obscure the whole thing by bringing up his tiresome tirade against Daniel.
