I am proud that she actually believes in equality unlike the fool who operates this blog.

Has anyone every explained to you, 8:21, that if you're going to do a parody of Miglavians, that you shouldn't be quite so over the top? Show a little finesse, man! Less is more!

  4. Anon 8:21 has it exactly right. And the other Anons above are just proving again that anything and anyone that doesn't agree with their skewed version of things is absolutely wrong.

Shame on anyone that thinks it is okay to sexualize a 4 year old.

What in the hell happened to letting children be children?

4 years old is far and away too early to be learning anything sexual. period. Liberals there is a time and place for teaching things like homosexuality.

Perhaps you all can wait until the little girls menstrate for the first time, and when the little boys start producing hair in their genital region.

As a kid in an Oregon public school, we were given these "sex" talks in the 6th grade. 12 years of age, not 4.

I agree with Daniel these people are sick. 4 is too young and those that think it is great to sex up a 4 year old should be ashamed and needs mental help.

Yes, in that photo, Gregoire is signing a bill that would grant some of the same rights hetereosexual partners have, to homosexual partners. Things like hospital visitation rights, etc.

That anyone thinks a kid will be damaged by this, or that any kid in the picture even has the slightest clue what is going on in that picture, is where things start to get more than just a little absurd.

Not to mention the fact that there WAS an actual reason that there were several kids around...and it had nothing whatsoever to do with that bill. If you were a little less lazy Daniel, and possessed a little more intellectual curiosity, you might have researched why those kids were standing there. (Hint: Use Google).

I swear, the more I log onto this site and others like it, the less I wonder why the GOP and conservatives are in such a sorry state these days.

The children belong to the parents that will be affected by the bill. Hypothetically, if Sarah and Tina share custody of a child, my two mommies is respect, why would that child not be present at the signing of the bill when the childs parents would be affected. As for this being about sex, Daniel the Fool made it about that. More or less if you are too stupid to understand that this is about equality then Stevie has a point in his final statement.

But, you don't need Stevie to say what you may already know.

  8. Stevie: You just admitted that the whole same-sex marriage thing is about nothing more than money. You say nothing about love or commitment or any of the other things that go with traditional marriage. Perhaps you are speaking from your own experience?

    Oh Scottie:

"You say nothing about love or commitment or any of the other things that go with traditional marriage."

Really, Scottie. Are only 'traditional marriage' relationships characterized by love and commitment? What about the 50% of hetero marriages that end in divorce, or the high rate of infidelity that occurs over the course of a hetero marriage in the U.S.? Are these 'traditional marriages'? If so, I would say that traditional marriages aren't doing very well, are they? I suppose liberals are to blame for this too, huh?

So let me get this straight. When conservatives drone on about preserving the "sanctity" of marriage, this - high rates of divorce - is what they're protecting from the evil gays?

Hey, if you're really interested in making marriage pure and sacred again, why don't you urge your conservative politicians to propose outlawing divorce? Just legislate that people have to "love" each other and not cheat on their spouses. Problem solved.
