By banning a Kentucky display (while upholding a Texas display),the Court has further confused this important issue and seriouslydamaged our rights to publicly acknowledge God.

Except they didn't strike them down, they made it merely about 1000 times more confusing to determine what the rules are.
Perhaps they have been ignoring their own ruling on medical marijuana...
