Hanging in a tent in Dignity Village?

What’s Your Sign is Ensminger’s series addressing the dehumanization of homeless individuals. Wickham’s small portraits of found furniture reference memory and stories, and haunt in their personified elements. Blue sky Gallery receives General Support funding from RACC.

What is the RACC?
RACC is funded in part by local, regional, state and federal governments to provide grants to artists and operating support to art organizations in the tri-county region.

So your tax dollars are going to fund pictures of homeless guys. But they need new tax money "for the children."

I saw a guy the other day sitting at a corner with a sign sitting in front of him while surfing the web on his laptop.

Let's start a petition to initiate a program whereby the "artist" has to prove that the taxpayer funds that he/she/it is receiving will be beneficial to the public in general. We can add a line or two in the law that states that the artist mus regularly bathe as well.

suomynona, and you've got better things to b**** about right? Why are you posting here then? That's a bit hypocritical, isn't it?

Why would he need an AOL account. He could have a wireless nic which would give him an internet connection by leaching off of someone's T1...Wardriving they call it, but war walking may be more appropriate to this case.
