Show Oregon ID and be on your way...

Washington pair nabbed on I-5 with meth cache
A routine traffic stop on Interstate 5 led troopers to a six-pound stash of methamphetamine and cash Thursday morning.

The driver, Victorino Santos-Andres, 18, of Lacey, Wash., could not produce identification, prompting Watson to take him into custody.

"Enough probable cause was then established to lead us to search the vehicle," Watson said.

Officials from Immigration and Naturalization Services determined that both men are illegal aliens.

Read that again. If the driver had been able to produce identification, such as an Oregon drivers license, he would probably have been cited for whatever the "routine" traffic stop (tailight, etc) was for.

It was only because he did not have a drivers license that the police were able to search his vehicle.

Who knows how many drugs have not been intercepted because Oregon does give licenses to these criminal aliens. It is pure hypocrisy to claim to be fighting a "war on meth" while at the same time arming the enemy with the tools they need to continue in their criminal trade.

A friend of mine was pulled over in a farm pickup in WA, and the WATROOPER was pretty agressive in questioning him about being on, and trafficing drugs. I have another friend who is an ag chemical rep, rolled her pickup in WA, and some graduated cylinders and beakers fell out of her equipment box. The WATROOPER was trying to make out like she was in a mobile meth lab. Maybe I should move up there, at least they seem to care about the problem. Of course I live in the Meth capital of Marion county, I think.

These two clowns were pulled over in Oregon by the state police. Imagine how many more drug transporters might be caught if our state took funding public safety seriously.

I enjoy Mr. Santos-Andres's claim to Lacy, Washington. Do ya spose we will find his pic in the High School annual?

Or even better, find that he voted for Christine Gregoire...

I went to Freddy's in Raleigh Hills this Sunday and it was full of all these Mexicans returning like 200 beer bottles each. Seriously, how much f-ing beer do those folks drink...

This is exactly why we need a Ballot Measure to stop issuing Licenses to Illegal's in Oregon. The only state west of the Mississippi to do so.
